The UX is not ideal and does not allow you to customize the look and feel as much as other programs (Typeform for example is gorgeous and offers slick navigation espeically on mobiel). Also the limited number of assessments aviallbe per tier is prohibitive. I would use the tool more if the pricing was more amenable to a business of my size for this type of tool. Also the backend of editign assesmnts and changing questisn is a bit clunky and we have had to rewrtie some asessments from scratch once we realized in tesing that it did not perform the way would like it to.

I wanted to produce a questionnaire that would enable me to deliver a scorecard of results directly to my client. I was struggling to find a way to automate the report delivery on my budget. Assessment Generator does it. The interface is great and really easy to use but the editor isn't much fun for a non-coder like me. It's not as sexy as some other tools like Typeform either. It's more functional than pretty. The support has been great though.

It's simple to use and automates the delivery of a report really well, which saves me from creating reports manually.

The editor is hard to use and it doesn't have the feel of a modern interface. I'd love to see more creativity in the reporting options and an easier-to-use editor.

It's been an amazingly easy partnership, and I say that because whenever I've had questions or further needs, they're extremely responsive and even added a feature based on my feedback!

I like that it's customizable to what I needed it to do, which is to create both a quiz and a separate scored assessment. It buckets respondents into customized categories, which can then connect through Zapier to my email marketing platform for customer segmentation. I'm also able to view reports of the outcomes for each respondent and set up separate client buckets so that multiple people from one organization can take the assessment. Plus, the customer service provided by the company is second to none!

It was a bit tough to understand how to use at first, so I hired the company to build out a complicated assessment. That was the best decision I'd made since they knew exactly what I needed it to do and built it in a short period of time.

Having previously tried 3 other iterations from competitors only to get frustrated in either lack of useability, functionality or ease of use, I 'stumbled' across Assessment Generator. At first, I was hesitant and rather sceptical, yet [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] quickly put me at ease. The software does exactly what it claims to, and very well. It's relatively easy to use, there is plenty of help and advice available, and the customer services team are quick to respond and exceptional in the quality of service. Overall I'm delighted with both the product and service and now looking for other ways I can make even more use of the tools available.

At first, I was a little uncertain as to how to set it up to do what I want. Some of the terms used to describe elements are not as straight forward as they could be. BUT, there are plenty of explainer tools available, and customer service is both quick to respond and thorough in support.

I am primarily using this as a lead magnet to introduce people to my new product and although I haven’t launched yet, initial tests with conference users has given me a lot of confidence

When I was looking for an assessment tool, I wanted one that would allow me to create ‘types’ within my assessment, for example options for personality types and EQ categories. Only Assessment Generator was able to do this easily. Creating questions and question types was incredibly easy.

Setting up and launching our first assessment took less than an hour. The interfaces are intuitive and yet robust. Reporting capabilities and ability to customize those reports is a critical functionality that Assessment Generator has in spades. When we were first considering adopting the platform, question randomization was not an option. I e-mailed support to ask if I just wasn't looking in the right place. They informed me that they were working on that feature and it should be launched soon. Within a week, it was there! I realize that they had been working on this feature already and that it was just coincidence that it came out just as I was asking about it. But this demonstrated to me that they are listening to clients and actively working on improvements based upon their clients needs.

We haven't come across anything yet that we would consider a weakness. No product can be perfect to everyone's needs in every way without being so complex that it would break your budget and you would need a team of experts devoted to setting it up and maintaining it (e. g. SalesForce). This being said, Assessment Generator has done an excellent job of developing a platform that has enough for most with an ease of use and price point that are perfect with the option of customizing further to more closely align with any organization's needs.

Assessment Generator gave me back precious time. Before I started I had to grade all my assessments manually and that took a lot of time out of my day. After, now I have that time back. Both the taker and I get instant results plus the taker is linked to a mini-course and my newsletters from my email server instantaneously. I started with one assessment and now have created several unique to my client attraction strategy.

My favorite feature is the ability to customize it to fit my brand. From the colors to add my logo and my photo. Even though I consider myself tech-savvy Assessment Gen. is easy to use without having to know code programming. I can color code the types of results in a bar graph making it a more professional experience.

One of the titles of the segments can be confusing causing me to waste time and creating frustration when I just want to make a simple change in a specific section in a Type-based assessment. Suggested renames: Types: Results type I've also had challenges when I want to increase the font size from 12 to 14. Even when I set the font size to 14 in the setup. It works in some sections but not in others. Is there a way to add bullets points? Even though the help desk is awesome I'd like to be able to sort out my problem the same day and not have to wait 24 hours or more.

The assessments give me a powerful way to connect more personally with people who can benefit from my products and services; they help those people self-select as to whether they are ready to work with me or not; and they establish my expertise as someone who understands their situation and who can offer appropriate solutions. This is by far THE most powerful tool in my resource box and I'm so grateful for it. Over the years I've been with Assessment Generator, we have all gone through many changes and challenges, and I want to acknowledge the support team to always show up professionally and promptly to help. They are courteous, knowledgable, and very skilled at what they do. I can't say enough good things about them!

I can't turn off the scoring in a couple of my assessments that have no meaning to my clients. It creates a small level of confusion with them. That's because I use some type assessments that don't provide an immediate solution without my review and feedback.

We give free quizzes to help first time visitors of the website decide if coaching is what they need. From the free quiz they can fill out a request to be contacted by a professional coach, or buy a product. By using the free assessment, we know they are interested in the program.

I've used the Assessment Generator to create assessments for several different environments: an assessment of "future" thinking on technologies, an HR/Career Assessment of Burnout, and an assessment of "Time Focus." I like the flexibility of the creation process, particularly the ability to duplicate questions to preserve the options/format for answers. The main reason I originally tried AG was the ability to calculate responses into categories -- something I could not find or do with "survey software.

I don't know exactly how to phrase this but I would like some better reporting options for graphs. I currently have at least one in my account and would really like to build another where there is a "scaling" of scores. Don't know if there is an easy or relatively easy way to do this but a score of "10" may be at the 50th percentile on one factor but at the 90th percentile on another. Something I would make use of . Definitely an advanced element for interpretation.

The Assessment Generator solution meets my need to provide assessments to support my training program called "The Learn to Present Master Class." My clients and students can now use the assessment to provide feedback to others and coach themselves and to use the results to determine the value of what they gained from completing my training program.

The particular assessments that I use require a fair amount of back-end logic to score, which felt like a return to Algebra II when I tried to make assessments on some other platforms. Assessment Generator allows me to populate the questions and send the survey without getting buried in psychographic math!

There are prettier platforms as far as UX, but I haven't heard that feedback from my users, so maybe that's just me being picky.

But what I love the most is the customer service. They will do everything to ensure that you succeed. Being a non techie, that's huge.

Overall, I love the software. The biggest change I would make would be to add more customization ability with the reporting. For some of our assessments, I have had a hard time getting the reports to customize exactly the way I want them.
