An efficient solution to measure the employee experience
I’m definitely convinced that customer experience and employee experience are linked. Bloomin is a powerful software solution to deliver a measure of employee experience. Answer rate to the surveys is >90% and the interface (conversationnal chatbot) is clearly a success key factor

Global and complete survey tool - for your team, departement or compagny
Very good experience with the help of the CSM team very available to help us to implement the solution. The tool is a real keystone to ask for feedback and follow-up the feeling of team, the evolution of project or manage some events...

CONSErgonomy of the back office is not so user friendly and "happy to use" for example to launch a campaign / planify it.. or to modify it. Lot of click and I needed the help of the support team. Fastidious modification of each survey for weekly or daily one... Bloomin review its cool
There are many possibilities provided by the program, including: * a database of pre-configured surveys; * a database of KPI; * the usage of GIF is a major plus; * the ability to planify surveys and simply build different lists of people.
CONSThe back office's interface is not particularly "happy to use" or user-friendly, making it difficult to create, plan, or alter campaigns, for instance. I had a lot of clicks and needed the support staff's assistance. meticulously modifying every survey for weekly

what I prefer with this tool is that it allows easy feedback from our employees. In addition, the Bloomin team is really on top. They are always there to help me in a very reactive way. The tool is constantly optimized. They also add themes depending on the context.

Bloomin&Co !
I am able to better know how the collaborators are feeling. Indeed, we work on 11 different places and it is really hard to be aware about workers' feeling and expectations. It is also a good way to make a survey on some HR subjects (ticket restaurant, CE, paid vacation, seminary, training, ...).

CONSAnonymous : you can't ask people to give their name when they are doing a survey (they wouldn't answer it anymore); nevertheless, when you have people in bad mood, you can't know who he/she is and how to help

Easy to implement and to adopt
WIth a fast growing team, we need to ensure that our employees are onboard and yet we don't loose track of their aspirations and wellbeing. With Bloomin, we get real-time monitoring of our employees mood and engagement and can quickly react to it !

Great tool for measuring Employee Experience
We use Bloomin to create a dashboard to follow the efficiency of our on site training
PROSVery nice user experience, easy to set up and to train someone to use this tool. Teams really like the tool, uses cases can be very various and Bloomin will answer to most of your needs to measure your employee experience. Customer Service is a big plus
CONSLike every start up, it's not always easy to implement such a tool in a big bank, you will probably face several challenges (IT, compliance, legal) to solve.

La plateforme, qui est simple d'utilisation et très agréable tant pour les administrateurs que pour les répondants, nous permet de prendre le pouls, au sein de l'ensemble de l'entreprise ou de certaines directions, pour suivre les ressentis globaux dans le cadre des transformations de l'entreprise. A l'issue de ces enquêtes, nous pouvons ainsi adapter nos actions pour mieux répondre aux besoins exprimés.

Disponibilité des équipes : un vrai plus !
Bloomin est très simple a prendre en main : très intuitif ! De plus, l'équipe est présente et disponible pour toutes questions. On se sent accompagné et même coaché !
CONSCertains éléments ne sont pas personnalisable : exemple le temps d'affichage des questions (trop rapide a mon sens)

Fun et performance ne sont pas incompatibles !
Principalement, prendre le pouls de l'entreprise et des collaborateurs, avec une fréquence trimestrielle; Par ailleurs, on utilise aussi l'outil après des formations ou des séminaires pour évaluer l'événement (fond et forme) et faire encore mieux la prochaine fois !
PROSFacile à utiliser et à mettre en place (service support très disponible) C'est ludique et fun pour les utilisateurs, mais très efficace pour prendre le pouls d'une entreprise et favoriser la remontée de pistes d'amélioration Une base de questions type mise à jour régulièrement (par ex le covid) et très utile: un gain d'efficacité !

C'est une super plateforme qui permet de veiller au bien-être des collaborateurs et d'agir rapidement ainsi qu'efficacement lorsqu'il y a un problème. La mise en place de la solution a été très simple grâce à un accompagnement au top des équipes !
PROSLa solution est ludique et permet la participation d'un maximum de personnes. Les rapports sont faits en temps réel. Presque tout est automatisé, ce qui permet de gagner du temps.
CONSOn ne peut pas tout extraire dans la partie "Analyser".

Très bien, mais besoin d'améliorations
je répond en français pour moi :-) le résultat graphique des questions pour les présenter en réunion d'équipe La facilité pour répondre aux questions
CONSL'accès à l'analyse des enquêtes pas facile je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de créer un favoris juste pour mon équipe, donc dans l' onglet "Analyser", je dois descendre la barre de navigation pour décocher ce qui ne m'intéresse pas et pour cocher ce qui m'intéresse. Il n'y a pas de sauvegarde de mes préférences, d'une session à l'autre. Pas possible de réduire la liste des enquêtes Dans l'onglet "analyser", je n'ai pas moyen de cacher la fenêtre de gauche pour avoir juste l'analyse qui s'affiche.
