Very simple and intuitive software. The CFR (Conversation, Feedback, Recognition) module is fantastic in driving continuous dialogues around moving the KRs forward. For individuals, who are new to OKRs will find the Academy videos really helpful in building OKR concepts and understanding

Fitbots has helped us with organizing our goals and prioritizing them based on the requirement. It helped us align with the company goals and work towards them at all levels - from management to the end-user.

The organization of the OKRs into different priority tabs, tracking the progress regularly and rearranging the OKRs based on our requirement - have been the best features so far. The upgradation of the platform has always helped us more ;)

It was great when I started out, and the price was the best around. Lots of great videos and creating workouts was straight-forward. However as I used it more and more there were limitations to modifying existing workouts and it became frustrating.

The platform has improved a lot since our initial use. It is getting better with new capabilities and integrations. Having an HRIS solution integration would be a great option to have when you consider having it all in one platform.

Very simple and intuitive. Easy to apply OKR concepts directly to the software model. I think the learning curve is low and allows teams to quickly start using it and seeing the outcomes rather than having to invest more time in teaching the intricacies of the software platform.

Not only is it a good way to track the progress of your Organization's OKR, it also keeps providing you insights of how you can improve the adoption and culture with your champions and employees.

Certain navigation features are a little cumbersome but they were addressed immediately. The biggest con is the lack of a unique URL for each page.

It was great working with the Fitbots team to introduce OKRs across the organisation, they made the process easier and provided clarity to all teams. The OKR coach has been extremely supportive and dependable throughout the process of implementation.

Only one aspect - changing the order of KRs

1. Enables teams to easily monitor KR progress efficiently. 2. Has good features such as filter by team members, KRs at risk, etc. to have focused and timely discussions. 3. Better collaboration and clarity on teams tasks is a definite plus. 4. Every team member is aligned to the Organisation's goals.

UI looks crowded, this could be improved

The software is easy to use and is a useful tool to view OKR Reports for Organization and Team progress in it's dashboard which becomes more insightful with every additional check-in data that gets updated in the platform. The Visual Boards to help to connect & align OKRs; and is very helpful during leadership reviews to call out whats going well and which KRs are at risk. There's an ease of maintaining tasks and milestones, for the cross-functional achievement of OKRs. Overall, it has been pretty useful as a one-stop shop to access progress and reports on OKRs. Easy log-in and is compatible with all browser types.

So far, in our 1 quarter of use, we have not come across anything that it a deal breaker.
