Effective solution for hr& recruiting process improvement
The company has an amazing support team! They answer all questions quickly and clearly, setting up the system is simple.
PROSCandidates and employees are gathered in single database. It takes a couple of seconds to get analytics, create a survey or payroll report. The system saves you a lot of time.
CONSI would like to see in the system Performance Review. Right now this kind of survey can be created via Templates, but it would be great to have it automatically.

Our company has been using Hurma System for more than three years. We are grateful for this excellent Ukrainian product. We were lucky to see how the product was improved and how quickly and qualitatively new features appeared. It is especially nice that they kept in touch and responded quickly to our needs. In particular, we requested synchronization of the Hurma System Calendar with Google Calendar. We got the result soon! We appreciate the regular communication with the Hurma System representative to share feedback and get the answer to our questions in the early period of use. The API allows you to request an exit through a bot in Telegram, but for some reason, employees do not use it. Maybe it's inconvenient for themBut we know that the Hurma team is working on implementing these features, so it means no disadvantages but many expectations! If you/your business is looking for the optimal HR CRM, we recommend using Hurma System. So stand with Ukraine and choose the best.

Good service for HR and Employee Management
In addition to the above advantages, Hurma service in general is good for managing employees, convenient and easy to gather everyone in one place, clear schedules and requests makes accounting work days convenient. Great subscription price for a service with so many features. Compared to other similar services, the price is lower, but the number of features is much higher.
PROSFor our team at Quema, the most impactful features were the creation of absence requests and various events with questionnaires for each employee. In general, Hurma is easy to use. We have not had any major problems or difficulties in the entire time we have used it. When we had some questions, the support at Hurma handled it pretty well. Always quick and clear enough.
CONSOf the disadvantages of using the service, I can only highlight the lack of settings Time-off types. I would like to add change and select icons, сhanging the settings of each absence, number of absences.

CONVENIENT RECRUITING SOLUTION
it is a great product for a fair price. It covers all our basic needs, is user-friendly, many features are self-explanatory and the rest is covered by support
PROSHurma helps keep track of all the workflows and processes without too much hassle. The system also allows sending notifications to the whole teams at once, which is much more convenient than phoning them one by one

Convenient simple tool for personnel policy
Until recently, the HR department was drowning in a routine, and thanks to this product, we got rid of it quite a lot. Now everything is simple and easy for us.
CONSMost employees said that it would be great to have a mobile version in order to manage absences even faster.

For our company, this is the best tool related to personnel
The product does not require any special skills or knowledge. Easy to implement, very simple and quick to familiarize employees with this program. As a result, we got almost complete freedom from routine tasks.
CONSUnfortunately, the product does not have a mobile version. It is not always convenient for employees to request absences from their phone through the main version of the program.

The perfect solution for our hr needs hr
The system is very easy to implement, understand and explain to other employees. Great product!
PROSWe have implemented this product in order to automatically manage absences, calculate payroll and see the analytics of processes related to personnel. We love everything about it.
CONSIt would be great to see a more comprehensive onboarding process implemented. But in fact, this is not such a big drawback.

Using the product to solve personnel problems
Two years ago, we introduced this product in order to resolve issues with absences, payroll, and staff assessment. Later, they began to actively use onboarding tools. We love all of these features.
CONSIt would be great to expand the possibilities of analytics a bit. There is not enough analytics for personnel assessment, onboarding, offboarding.

Great tool for hr
All questions on personnel and personnel can be solved literally in 1-2 clicks. As a result, the employees are satisfied, their motivation is growing, the management is very satisfied.
CONSNo obvious flaws were found. It would be great to add a mobile version, but the system already looks good on mobile device.

HURMA is an excellent service for keeping your finger on the pulse of events in the company
Thanks to the service, I know about current vacancies in the company, I can view the organizational structure and find out which colleagues are working on which tasks and plan my own time.
CONSWe didn’t notice any shortcomings of the service, but realized that it would be great to have a mobile version.

HURMA is one of the best online tools we've ever used
Overall, using HURMA at our company has been a pleasurable experience, and we don’t regret purchasing the system. Its functionality is amazing, and this program has a lot to offer – from a great recruiting system to a convenient absence management tool.
PROSThe biggest advantage of HURMA is its capability to provide you with almost complete automation. Of course, our HR managers still had a lot of work to do, but it was more strategic work and things that require a human touch, such as the organization of meetings or events (by the way, HURMA can help with those too), while tasks like absence management or analytics were completely taken care of by the system. We’ve saved a lot of time thanks to HURMA. Our managers and recruiters can handle many more tasks in one day, and they don’t have to multitask as much as they did before. This system is definitely living up to our expectations – We did not only save up a lot of time, but also were able to speed up the process of hiring new employees. It is now much easier to find people who are 100% fit for our company.
CONSHURMA is a great instrument, but what we’ve wanted to add to it is a mobile application. It would be nice to be able to quickly access the system when for some reason we can’t do it from the laptop. However, the HURMA team is always ready to accept ideas from customers and they are always working on adding new features to the system, so there is really nothing to complain about!

Excellent work of the technical support department
Recently, I had difficult question arose on building the structure of the company, the redistribution of access rights. I made a request to the technical support department. Received written advice. Since I had difficulties, the representatives of the platform held an additional video call with me and helped me in detail with the platform settings. I am very grateful, thank you for such an approach to users of the system.
PROSI have been using the platform for work for more than two years, and often i have questions about using the program and additional functionality. I actively contact the technical support department, they respond quickly, always provide a high-quality and understandable answer.
CONSUsing the platform is convenient and understandable. I had no difficulty integrating company data into the platform.

Our first experience of implementing such a system for hrs and recruiters
I implemented the system quickly and easily, the support service helped me a lot. Thanks to the leadership, all related issues were resolved.

CONSI use a mobile phone a lot, it would be great to have a mobile version as well.

A very convenient service for managing your own working time
The system is our first automated solution, and we did not regret that we implemented it
PROSThanks to this system I can easily request leave. In just a couple of clicks, I also turn on the working time tracker and understand how many hours a particular task takes me.
CONSIt would be great to have a mobile version, because the interface is not very user-friendly from a phone.

This service helps me request absences to resolve personal issues. It’s very convenient to go through a telegram bot or service and make a request for your own vacation, as well as see when your colleagues want to do it.

Easy to use application with tons of features with great and rapid customer support
I really enjoy Absence Personel management, actively used it to close Absenses and really like that I had a separate Calendar for Absences. Overall I liked working with all calendar types in the application and 1-to-1 meetings feature. Also had a nice experience working with Job opennings and candidates profiles. One of the main pros is quick and responsive cusomer support, that helped to resolve all my issues.
CONSIt was not so easy for me to setup Absence notifications, so I would need to reach support help for it. Also I didnt like that poll system beacuse it didn't automatically checked answers that I need to do it manually.

Great tool for hiring new staff
I can only boast of a simple experience of getting to know the program and its implementation.
PROSMy task was to create an employee profile, post a vacancy and select candidates. This is easy and simple to do thanks to the appropriate funnel. I also really like the automatic mailing of emails to candidates.
CONSThere are no visible flaws. The only thing is that if the company has a lot of recruiters, then using this product is expensive.

Great and convient software for СEO, recruiters & hrs
I haven't faced any problems while using HURMA. It easily fits into my daily routine and makes my HR tasks much safer and easier. I think it's really helpful and I'd suggest it to anyone who wants to keep their personal data.
PROSSetting it up was intuitive, and I haven't encountered any issues accessing my accounts. As a result, I get a solution to all my problems in just a couple of clicks.

Hurma review
We adore the design and it is very easy to use. We do not waste our time to find the information we need, and I think it takes just some clicks to find everything you need here. During our cooperation Hurma has implemented a huge functionality for our convenience, so it becomes better and better. They are attentive to details and customers requests that makes us loyal working with them.

Highly recommend Hurma as a recruiting and employee database tool
Hurma is great if you require a lot of customisation - you can customise roles, company structure, candidate and worker profiles, collaborate on vacancy, etc. Features I use the most are filters, AI plugin for parsing candidates from other resources, ability to import and export your databases, and easy to work with statistics for recruiters.
CONSWhen you transfer a candidate into a co-worker, you loose all the information about the candidate that was created during the recruitment process.
