These people are very good to work with as they follow up on everything in a very professional manner.They do what they say they can do !!
PROSThe fact that iMarq is so customizable could make this appeal to a broad range of customers.It is very easy to understand and very user friendly for even the most technically challenged or tentative individuals
CONSWe are using the product and have been in the process of integration with our current system which has been held up on our end. I have not had any negative experience with the system as the have been able to make every change we had requested up to this point.

CONSNot a con but my team built our specific inspection from the ground up. There was no mock inspections to build from. It did not take long to build and roll out inspections.

iMarq Pilot Project
Since we are still in the pilot phase of implementation, we have not had an opportunity to fully explore iMarq. However, even in this phase, its usability and configurability helped us fulfil user requests effectively.
PROSThe configurable user interface was easy to work with. The best feature of iMarq is it's superb online portal which allows an admin to setup new forms easily and also manage transaction logs.
CONSWe had a little difficulty in configuring the off-line mode initially. With several iterations, we were able to make our users happy.

iMarq Review
Allowed us to move away from a paper based PM inspection program, saving around 6000 pieces of paper a year. Increases PM compliance as the tool removes human error from writing on paper.

Asset and Equipment Inventory and Assessment
Experience to date has been exceptional. Application performs as expected. Support from Connect has been exceptional.
PROSThe iMarq application has enabled field engineers to move from paper and pencil to using mobile devices, (smart phones or tablets) to gather asset and equipment information and condition at client work sites. Building data sets for integration with client computerized maintenance management systems is simple and efficient.

Inspections very easy to use. It can be modified to your needs. i can access the inspection off line

A very helpful field app
We used iMarq when performing disconnects for non-payment. Field techs could enter in the app and not have to call in everything via a radio.

Productivity increases is assured while the deployment is easy.
