I am able to tract which applicants were sent assessments and which we deemed not qualified. It helps to distinguish the ok employees from the great employees. Aaron is also so helpful and responsive whenever I have a question about the product. It is a central place for me to keep all hiring related notes in one place. The ease with which I can send assessments to candidates directly from the site is great. Now that it includes DiSC assessments, it makes it even more worthwhile to have this service. #### Cons The reports are difficult to interpret. Some terms used for measuring personality characteristics can be misleading.
