  • Pros

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

  • WorkCompass is a very intuitive, easily customized program and it is very good value for the cost.
  • This can be useful because it allows both parties to engage in discussion and formulate a plan that is suitable fo both.

  • The menus can be a bit hard to access when the text is magnified more than 100. On the employee review screen).
  • Very confusing that there were two different components required. It is very unclear how often reviews are due.
