Codigital is a cloud-based idea management solution that helps corporate and member organizations in brainstorming, collaboration, conferences and gathering requirements. It enables users to generate, refine and prioritize the ideas in real time.

Codigital allows any participants to collaborate and submit an idea and set an objective. Users can also improve upon the existing idea by submitting corrections and revisions. After submission, ideas compete with each other by having each participant vote between two different ideas. Statistical analysis is done and the best answer ranks at the top of the list.

All users can see the top contributors and the status of their contribution. The solution also offers a public online panel, analytics, dedicated consulting and corporate branding.

A powerful tool for getting feedback and buy-in to our employee consultation process

Pros: There was fantastic support from Codigital to get our employee consultation process up and running. The Codigital tool generated more feedback than we anticipated (most of it extremely constructive). Initially sceptical, our employees were largely won over by the transparency of the Codigital tool. We also found the analytics very helpful for reviewing all of the contributions. Cons: Occasionally challenging feedback from some of the employees but the voting and editing process promoted the less fractious feedback.

Transformed our ability for clients to collate and prioritise their business risks

Pros: Really easy to get projects up and and running quickly. Consulting support readily available to make our projects even more successful. As well as prioritising and refining the most popular ideas we can also see every submission which is invaluable in a risk management environment where only one person in the organisation might be aware of an issue. Cons: Puts us on the spot to make us work out what to do with all the risks and to put in place a program to manage and mitigate them.
