Call2Unlock

Call2Unlock is a user-friendly solution that helps automate the process of unlocking and resetting active directory users. It is an AD Self Service tool integrated with IVR - Phone Systems. Users can unlock and reset their own accounts following the instructions from an IVR. It is highly configurable and offers different delivery mechanisms for temporary passwords (like SMS, or voice spelling). It also provides MFA for token systems.
