Perfect application for password management
We use it for managing and as a automatic process in resetting password for our employees in our organization. It really helps user to easily changing and resetting their password.
CONSSometimes, the email that containing resetting link is very slow to be sent out to the user that request it. They need to request again for the email link and it is wasting time.

Excellent Product we set it up in less than 1 hour, works like a charm, easy to use.
This product has nearly cut out our calls to support to reset passwords by 100%!
PROSThis product is simple and easy to implement. I had the opportunity to contract there support and the engineer was saw a real expert going over best practices and implementation methods. He even went over the free tools included and took the time to show how to use to clean up our AD of stale unused accounts. He was pleasant, expertly knowledgeable, well spoken and easily understood. Application support teams should take note this is how all tech supports should opperate.
CONSCannot say I have any you get what you need easy to use and not a lot of extra fluff you don't need.

Great tool
Overall my experience has been positive and I've had only great experiences.
PROSSimple to use and easy to navigate password reset tool. Always simple sending of new emails to clients with little to no issues. I have to reset password about 10 times a week. This also ensures I don't use the same password twice.
CONSTakes a long time for emails to send out. Other then that I have no other cons about this software.

Great Tool, Web Features lacking
insight into user accounts not being used, Freedom of tedious management of user accounts
PROSthe portal is easy to use, the notification pages are easy to customize, The reporting tools are useful and reports provide insight into usage.
CONSits not fully web enabled. I wish this has a web enabled admin site where i can deploy password reset pro and portal from a server core and access all admin features from a web page.

Consistently Accurate, never fails or errors, easy to edit templates and settings.
It's reliability. As a Systems Administrator for an industry leading tech company, we leverage over 1200 pieces of software - many of which error, break, and cause manual intervention when nothing in said systems have been edited. Password Reset Pro does exactly what it says it will do for you, never has an issue, and the only times we've ever had to log in is to edit our notification templates.
CONSThe only thing we've ever tried to do that we couldn't, is increase the frequency of notifications past a certain threshold. For example, you can only choose to send a notification a 15, 7, 3 days or you can send one every day for 15 days. It would be nice to send one at 15, one at 7, and then one for each of the last 3 days in a row.

Excellent product for password management
This software is really critical for us, as it will automatically resetting our client or customer that has account with us to easily resetting their account in a matter of minute and no manual intervention are needed.
CONSThere are times when the resetting emails never reach to our client email primary inbox, but end up to the spam folder.

PROSThis software is straight forward and easy to use. It does what it says and greatly reduces the number of help desk tickets we get related to users being locked out.
CONSIt would be nice to have a central console that can monitor multiple domains from a single place to allow for our environment.

Makes dealing with end user password issues easier
I had never heard of it until a IT person at one of our clients recommended it. Since then I have been using it for a few larger customers and it's great.
PROSIn today's word with everyone being remote and forced password changes causing people to make more and more password errors, not having to reset them makes for a huge time saver.
CONSAlthough the price is low enough not to hurt $600 for 100 users is a tough sell for smaller businesses. There are a lot of 10 to 25 users companies who can't justify that cost vs just opening up a ticket and having a remote admin do it.

Short time to install, no lagging and easy to use.
The time used to install it is less than an hour. The templates I use it is easy to edit.
CONSI think it's good overall, but the price is a little high for less than 20 users.
