It's great,  very insightful tool. I would recommend using it, though it can be quite slow at times.

It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.

Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.

Pays itself just for using it for customer support, but every department is using it now (marketing, product management, R&D, ...).

Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.

The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.

Cronycle is content curation, collaboration, distribution and sharing tool designed to assist businesses with research and content discovery, made with recommended sources such as related topics, RSS and experts on Twitter. Users can receive newsletters and aggregate Google Alerts into feeds, with the aforementioned sources bringing comprehensive coverage of the domain.


The sources combined into feeds can be optimized using advanced keyword filters to bring out useful content. Feeds can be shared among team members to work collaboratively on curation and filtering. Cronycle provides a dedicated space, Boards, for collection, enrichment and publishing of content, letting both individuals and teams work remotely. Articles, videos, conversations and custom files/images can be pinned/attached to Boards, either from feeds or from the web using extensions for Chrome, Safari and an iOS app. The feature-rich collaboration space allows curators to highlight, annotate, comment and add a custom or automatic summary for all the pinned content.


Team members working remotely can be notified using mentions on tiles via different channels and discussions can be conducted across teams over content. Users can also assign tags to pinned items and organize Board items to track status or to publish as hashtags. Boards integrates multiple publishing options and schedules the pinned items across social media, using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite. It can also push the items to websites via the WordPress plugin or RSS.


A newsletter can be sent through the boards or hosted on Cronycle which can be shared on social media. The Cronycle workspace helps professionals cover the entire journey with content research, curation, validation, collaboration and publishing to social media, newsletters and more.
