affordable agency management
We previously had AMS, we outgrew the system and to replace it would have cost over $50,000. Too much for my agency to afford. AA does a great job, the customer service is wonderful, always fast to respond and assist with errors.
CONSI do not have any complaints about this softward

we outgrew their system and would have to replace it with their upgraded system, too expensive for us

Agency Advantage Is Great
In 2003 we were looking for an agency management system that did more than provide access to Acord forms, have a client note section and was not a small fortune. We met [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at an agent trade show and he introduced us to Agency Advantage. What [SENSITIVE CONTENT] showed me was a “true” agency management program that included complete client profiles, policy information, accounting, marketing and commission reconciliation without an upfront cost of $5,000 or $10,000! Over the years Agency Advantage has adapted and grown with industry changes making our agency’s life “easy” to maintain complete and accurate account files. With the announcement of Agency Advantage merging with Genesis Software I am looking forward to what innovations they will develop to make a great management system even better!
CONSI cannot think of a thing I don't like about the program.

AA Consistency
Ability to have all needed insurance policy information for our clients in one place so we are better able to assist them more quickly when they or a Certificate Holder contacts us. Greatly appreciated of this software because it allows us to be more efficient in the work place.
PROSentering details specific to the policy type. automatic transfer of policy info to the accord applications. ability to select "follow up" & change CSR who to direct the "follow-up" to. enter "other charges" into the receipts to visually see what the "broker fee" exactly is when viewing CSR reconciliations.
CONSinability to unselect "Save as Attachment" when select "Email" in the Form Options. I'm aware this is resourceful if needed but we do not need it so I am always having to go to the Attachment tab to remove the attachments. the way the NAIC numbers appear on the PDF form; I'm always having to move them to the right of the "Insurer(s) Affording Coverage" column so they are in the NAIC # column.

A must use software
I've been using Agency Advantage for 9 years and can say with confidence that they strive to improve. Many helpful features have been added since I've been using it and keep improving as time goes by. I could not imagine using a different program for my needs as an agent.
PROSFeatures such as texting and emailing clients that have been added are super helpful as well as having the ability to attach files allows an office to go paperless instead of having to keep track of thousands of paper files. The download integration is also super helpful to keep track of everything that's happening on a customer's account before even pulling a policy up.
CONSI cannot think of any specific cons in regard to the software and if we've ever had an issue their customer service has always been extremely helpful and will go the extra mile!

Agency Advantage is the Best!
Overall our experience with Agency Advantage has been great! We've used the software for many years and we are very pleased with all the innovative features that help us daily in our business operations.
PROSThe software is user friendly and has several great features that can be customized for your business needs.
CONSI can't think of any cons with this software. Occasionally we may have a technical issue occur but that will happen with any software program over time. The Agency Advantage's support team is always friendly and quick to resolve any issues we have.

Excellent Management System
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Agency Advantage.
PROSI really like that there are several options to find customers, not just by name. The payment system is very easy, but most importantly, the Reports. There are so many different options to run reports.
CONSSome features run a little slow, but it's in our favor since we can print anything directly to the management system. Also, some things get "removed" when we run the downloads.

Very Happy
I have worked on Agency Advantage since 2000. It makes my job much easier. I have been in the same industry for 35 years. Working without it just doesnt even compare. They are always updating to stay up with technology.
PROSIt does everything, keeps everything organied and is very user friendly.
CONSI can not imagine what it might be missing or what there would be not to like.

Makes life Easier
I have used this software for over 20 years and it continues to change with our industry always finding new ways to make my life easier.
PROSI can't say enough good things about this software. As a business owner it puts my mind at ease with the control it gives me and the ease my employees can efficiently do their job.

Great buy for the money!
They are the exemplify the best customer service I know!
PROSI like the way it helps us keep up with renewals and notes on each customer. The payment receipts is also very nice.
CONSI had trouble exporting my receipts to Quick books but it was resolved. There are features I don’t utilize and need to learn.
Reason for choosing Agency Advantage
I did try to leave one time. It was the biggest hassle and the customer service was lacking. When the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of the company calls you to see why you’re leaving it means a lot! I changed my mind and went back to Agency Advantage!

Ease of Use, Great Features
Texting a client in the system is easy and convenient; however, there are many times I have to send two texts for the same message because I run out of space. Regardless, it's a nice feature of the program.
CONSYou can't cut and paste from one feature to another. For example, if I need to text info that was previously in an email, I cannot copy or cut and paste into the text box. The information has to be re-keyed which is duplication.

Great management system
We have been using The Agency Advantage for over 20 years. This is excellent software, especially for the non-standard auto agent. The staff is helpful and friendly.

CONSGeared for more personal lines than commercial.

Wonderful Application
Easy to roll out and train users on. All of the information in one place and in real time.
CONSI did not like when we housed the software on site, but that has changed over the last year in going remote

Agency Advantage
The claims tab makes my life so much easier. Since our company is located in Tornado Alley, we get tons of claims. Without this feature, my customer service would be very low tier as I would have to search through tons of notes.
CONSOccasssionally my program slows down drastically making it difficult to upload attachments and bigger documents.
