My Thoughts

Although "stickeness" is promoted, i'm not just interested in such promos. I would be interested to know how the analytics track to user engagement.

PROS

There's a lot of information and services provided - access to preferred partners, discounts, getting quotes.

CONS

The features are not easily "discoverable"; there doesn't seem to be a structure/theme on how the various features "blend". Error messages can be more user-friendly. As a developer, I can't figure out the target market segment. I suggest to do a V2 of the software using design thinking now that there are agents and end consumers using it.

I love wellnex as it provides inexpensive, easy to use, on demand access to outpatient service in singapore which are not covered by my insurance plan

Good Platform for Consultants and Clients

It is overall intuitive and graphical. This captures my attention more and my clients like that the info is tidy and concise. As the Administrator, though the initial inputting of information may sometimes be tedious, this platform opens up opportunities for me to engage with my clients.

PROS

It is intuitive, graphical, convenient and helps create more engage between client and financial consultant.

CONS

The buttons in the user interface can be streamlined and de-cluttered further. Lack of fingerprint login for the user. As the administrator, there were times where I will take longer than I thought to navigate the administrator end of the platform.

Interesting application

The insurance summary portfolio is a very useful feature to have. In addition, the promotional prices for vendors on the app is a nice feature.

Free access to a discounted services and benefits for healthcare and lifestyle

I know about Wellnex the front end of My Insurer. My experience as a User is very good and unique in Singapore or Asia. I can have a profiling for my financial status and situation when it comes to insurance. My FA took care of me and has been able to share with me a serious set of analysis. He has been able to recommend me interesting insurance products and show that I was not well insured.

PROS

It is Free, I just need to download the app by responding to a survey and I get access to many clinics and services. I paid $12 instead of $30 for medical consultation. I paid $50 instead of $100 for dental polish, cleaning and consultation. and I have access to discount for F&B.

CONS

Takes a bit of time of loading from time to time.

All in one app

PROS

This app is good, provides an all in one (deals, insurance, healthcare) all together!

CONS

App interface is a bit dull and old school Some of the functions are hard to use (example the google maps for partners only can locate places near you), and the error message for username keep showing as error for password so it’s quite confusing for users

An app which provides you daily wellness benefit

PROS

Getting consultation at a lower cost is really useful. particularly when you and family members are not covered under any insurance. Health Screening packages are really cost-effective. In this app you get to see only information related to well-being. I recommend to explore it. All is well with Wellnex!!!

CONS

There could be a drop-down or categories of benefits/offers listed according to their groups like dining/Gym/Healthfood etc.. rather than finding in the scroll list

Antidote X Wellnex

PROS

Easy to use after some clicking around, and integration was short and seamless. It also helps that Wellnex stands for the same values as us - that everyone deserves access to a healthy and fulfilling life.

CONS

At the very beginning, I didn't understand what Wellnex is about. Perhaps there could be a short description (and located in a very obvious/conspicuous area on the page) of what Wellnex is and how we can use it.
