And it will break, which leads to my last complaint.

The data Ingestion gives a lot of trouble while ingesting though other methods rather than the web UI. And the Locale and vocabulary thing is still not sorted.

Any major struggles we have had thus far have been related to our own product owners not having well defined requirements, which isn't uncommon in most companies.

The majority of our use cases for Nuxeo Platform are enabled via integrations through API & Integration Management solutions with other tools such as CRMs and internally developed applications.

Good digital document management system for totally free of cost.

Another complaint is the UI--I personally think it's clean and reasonably intuitive, but for a user base used to SharePoint and Alfresco, it can be confusing.

The issue was related to Nuxeo losing its connection to the database every night, due to us shutting down the database to do nightly backups.

One major drawback from nuxeo is it is inability to edit documents from within the repository by launching Office, something you can do with other tools SharePoint and Alfresco.

Excellent overall experience setting up and implementing our platform.

But this weakness was notable during training on the Nuxeo Platform as even developers had some struggles getting set up and capable early on.

A lot of problems of efficiency. Customers changed naturally with social networks services and Office365 suite or Google.

It can be a powerful tool, especially for searching - since the indexing is super fast. Implementation costs are extremely high - even with an OpenSource base.

Very easy to manage your digital assets. Lots of option to protect your assets , review and share with required people.

If you're well organized and know what you want to do, Nuxeo PS will enable you quickly, and their platform can do almost anything we've dreamed up needing to do.

Flexibilty to build a system to fit our needs & processes vs changing our processes to fit an out of box solution.

It is developer friendly and developers have lots of opportunities to deep dive into it and do their customization.

The latest version also has been released with new Web UI that needs to be explored. Nuxeo ECM is a good solution for use cases like Reuse and Repurpose of documents uploaded.

Honestly the depth of API access to the Nuxeo Platform was an incredibly important selling point for us.

Nuxeo is a very powerful tool for the treatment of documents, I like because it is versatile and extendable.

Nuxeo has very rich feature set but its complex enough and so developers need considerable time to ramp up on development on this platform.

The out-of-the-box functionality for document management is solid and their are some very nice features, like being able to view changes between versions side-by-side.

I have heard from our boss how much better the pricing is as well.

It is a very easy to use platform, with great support from the Uzio team. It has streamlined our entire operations.

Integration was extremely easy, their team is amazing and responsive.

UZIO has been wonderful at guiding me through the process.

It's not user friendly, employee's struggle to navigate.

What I liked most about the software is how easy the navigation is.

Overall the product is great. It's easy to navigate and very user friendly.

I love how easy the user interface is for UZIO.

Over all ease of access and function. I like that I can see and verify the completion of renewals and policies.

My favorite feature is that it highlights the major elements of each plan before they make a decision and shows them the cost difference.

It was fairly easy to integrate new hires in to the system.

Also, limited integrations with other carriers. This requires us to do a lot of work on the back end for our clients.

We were using highly paid software but when we saw the free trial of UZIO, we were amazed. All the required features were available at affordable pricing.

Uzio is helping our staff quickly apply for all insurances available for themselves and their families. These benefits have been great for our staff and all others interested.

The initial set up of the system was rather chaotic.

The portal is very user friendly and easy to maneuver. I like the ability to be able to act on behalf of our employees.

The product is very easy to use. I haven't used all of the features but it has been great for clocking in an out.

If their are issues we can't resolve on our own, our the Uzio team is extremely responsive and investigates things quickly.

We have had an amazing relationship with Uzio and their support team from the day we started working with them.

The ease of seeing all the employees and their benefits with payroll deductions as I need them in a weekly process.

The support team and how accessible they are is the best.

The use of the software is quite easy to understand. The overall look is attractive, which makes the function of the website useful.

I like how I can find anything of importance document wise with ease. I love how much easier it is to use this compared to other programs we have used in the past.

I like how easy and simple it is to have all my HR documents in one location.

All the selections  are in ease of access, instructions are user friendly, and understandable and to select choices, has  a smooth transitions of the selections.

I was very pleased and will recommend it to all of my clients as an great onboarding and ongoing HR tool.

Overall, my experience was positive. Now that we are up and running with the system, I feel like this is a win/win overall.

I haven't been able to determine what I dislike about this product. It allows you to view employee's birthdays and handle any internal HR questions via the application.

The basic platform is clean and straightforward, and clients can take advantage of the premium modules as they become more comfortable with online benefit administration.

Great program for employees and very helpful staff help make this super easy to use.

No file feeds with the exception of Discovery Benefits. There is no ADHOC reporting.
