User of SimpleInsure since 2012
Again-we have not had any experience with SimpleInspire. Our experience is with SimpleInsure.
Our Company has been a customer of SimpleSolve since 2012. Our insurance product required many customizations and the SimpleSolve team was able to fully understand our needs and produced a product that we are using today. SimpleSolve provides quick and responsive customer service when errors occur. When we have introduced new product lines and/or endorsements SimpleSolve has worked with us to develop SOWs and deploy changes in our test site before going live. The team at SimpleSolve is hard working and honest and gets to know you personally.
We are not currently using SimpleInspire but are using the SimpleInsure product. We have not yet moved to the SimpleInspire product, because it will require additional modifications due to the nature of our business. What I like least about the SimpleInsure product is that currently the system is using a server based interface along with a web based interface. I would like to be using the same interface, preferably web-based.
Reasons for switching to SimpleINSPIRE
Our product would no longer be supported.
