To sum up, AGW team can understand pretty well your business needs and translate them into piece of software that will always improve your work quality. Also, the support team is always available to provide their help, even during the night shift when production issues can happen.

AGW is easy to use and can do whatever you need. For our plant, AGW help us to manage all our IMM & assembly stations. It provides production management, traceability, stock management. AGW can even inetract with some legacy systems and machines!

Except some software crashes that are now solved, I have no cons to say regarding AGW in general. Team is always trying to solve your issues and always provide you a high quality customer service.

The plant team has requested minor updates to the application which were easily deployed by the Olsom team. Flexibility of the application and ease of change implementation make any user requests easy to deploy in a short amount of time. Additionally, the stability of the application is awesome and easy to administer. Very little effort is necessary to support the system once implemented. The main effort is adding new users or resources to the system. This is a hands-free system for the most part.

AGW brings state of the art and reliable system monitoring to the manufacturing plant that provides real-time results and preventative capabilities that enable the local team to ensure operations and shipping are seldom impacted.

The ease of use and deployment of AGW was simple. So simple that the plant management team were reluctant to accept the system into daily use and requested that the old system be left online for several months. As it turned out AGW was assimilated into the plant quickly and the old system was finally terminated based on the flawless implementation and user acceptance and system stability.

The way that the product can be customized and and the simplicity of its operation make this software a very good MES solution for any industry.

Being a very customizable product, it is difficult to see what it can't do, since so far, everything that has been needed has been possible. it would only lack robustness in some communication/application processes

Most important feature for AGW is the possiblity of trace each component of each part. In each part you can analyse serial number of each component, production date,... So it is critical to analyse prossible issues in production

It takes time to be familiar with program in order to get reports.

We used AGW to tackle a few issues we had with monitoring but then also a full on manufacturing launch at a European supplier.

AGW was developed from the shop floor up which means it runs manufacturing operation smoothly unlike many top down driven systems which get lost when it comes to working with the actual production environment.

I have not cons at this point any issues are tackled quickly and efficiently.

almost any logic can be developed, a new processes for a desired logic are set up (configured) at a station level

reports collection could be larger, the system does not have a predefined set of functionalities (that can be easily configured later). The system is prepared according to initial requirements and additional reuirements requires modification

What I like most about optimization in AGW is that there are no limits to optimization.

What I find least good about optimization is that for certain small requests, you have to do an ITD.

Currently we are working AGW TRAZABILIDAD and we are happy because the app is easy to use.In addition, the response time to solve problems is very fast.

For the moment I did not see anything that not like about AGW

We have found very little if anything to dislike, mostly due to the flexibility of the system.

-flexibility-product can be adjusted to buisness needs

-a lot of screen errors/hanging - unstable -web-not able to do own reports -user security-security managed in many places-not connected to Active Directory at all-it all should be in one place like matrix of qualification -when changing revision of product (very often)-there is no easy way of connecting it with product BOM and Equipement processes -support used to be fine-now it looks like to many projects in realization on their minds

The most appreciated feature of AGW system is the high flexibility in fulfilment of all specific requirements of various OEM customers to manage batch, JIT or JIS production and shipping processes.
