We use the subscription based package and it was very easy to activate and deploy to workstations across the network.

Overall support is good and most issues can be solved.

The software has allowed us to meet customer requests for new features and opportunities within our labeling process that we would have been unable to integrate without it.

Sometimes the software does not work with new pc updates. We lose some functionality after the update and we end up asking for assistance from our local IT to update the software as well.

It is very easy to navigate around as its GUI interface is similiar to Microsoft Office so it is good for users that do not know very much.

Tech support is very responsive They solved our issues immediately.

Simple, easy interface that allows for the printing of barcode labels.

We have not looked for anther option because codesoft has worked great for us for 10 years.

Overall, the ease of use (to me) and the plentiful features. It is a great addition to facilitate labels exactly as our customers need them.

We like the ability to integrate with new and existing systems. Codesoft allows us to incorporate weights into our labeling as well as streamline the labelling process and reduce errors in printing.

Now I support a single, unified platform. This has reduced errors in labeling, and in some cases, has enabled us to reduce shipping costs as well.

Exporting data from the printing process is not as easy or intuitive as other features. Utilizing a partner network for sales has made getting answers to questions difficult at times.

Lack of documentation or at least an intuitive means to search and find it. Lack of a user forum in order to learn from other users of the software.

I like the fact that the software allow you to use so many tools to create awesome.

There are a few things that I have found that I cannot currently do, and may or may not be included in future versions. Upgrades can be painful.

It has very nice features like logging via text file printed items, counters, variables, and ODBC database access to connect to a 3rd party database for example.

The customer service department is great. They always help their customers.

It is easy to use in creating the barcodes and designing it. It reduces chances of repeating a commodity on different product.

I like the ease of logging into the system and the variety of ways to navigate throughout the system.

Users who have been on other distribution software absolutely rave about the ease and information available in DDi Inform.

Great support and quick with replies normally. The program is easy to navigate and pretty easy to train new staff on.

Knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help us succeed. Online training is great.

What I like most is that DDI makes there program very user friendly, which helps out a great deal when training new hires.

Easy to use, powerful record keeping and accounting. All your customer data and order history is saved and available at your fingertips to help you provide a high level of customer service.

We love how this system has streamlined our processes. The point and click type of software makes it very easy to use.

The ability to export data seamlessly helps us run advanced reports for our business. The advance report writer also allows me to schedule advanced reports to be emailed out weekly, saving me time.

If you havent used their software by now, do so. Definitely worth the investment.

Lack of customization options. Lackluster features on it's mobile site / ordering app.

Great at warehouse management. Great for sales team management, helps track salesperson.

To be honest I am very happy we made the change to DDI, it's perfect for what we need to do everyday to service our customers.

Consistent updates, Great Support, Intuitive, Easy to Report Specific Data, Mobility for outside salesman.

I feel that DDI should spend a little more time testing and validating the software upgrades before releasing them in order to avoid bugs and customer discomfort.

Once you learn DDI, it can make placing orders easier with creating specific reports nice.

Serial number searches - have to scroll through the list instead of entering the serial. No shipping on stock transfers.

We can report on anything we want and write custome reports easily. Best customer service I have had and much better than every other software other business people tell me about.

I am just getting used to it. Trying to remember everything... had some trouble with lump sum billing.

Your business processes must conform to DDI's framework, when it should be the other way around. There are MANY other ERP solutions that can do what DDI does for a fraction of the price.

DDI Inform is very intuitive and the customer service is outstanding.

Has an optional CRM that is well integrated and very helpful for building new customers and tracking lost sales.

The amount information obtainable is also a great feature. The integration of UPS into our order software allows for us to easily provide shipment information to our customers.

Also have a firm grip on where you are going and what needs the system has to fulfill. I find that DDI provides advantages that I didn't even know about that can help our company.
