An essential business management tool for rapidly changing orgnanizations
monday.com’s ability to create customized dashboards is absolutely critical for our rapidly changing system. For instance, we were able set up one for tracking bed occupancy rates which updates in real-time which increased our patient efficiency during flu-season by 40%. We also use Monday as our central hub for cross-departmental communication. Whether it’s coordinating patient transfers between wards or discussing staffing needs in our weekly 'Bagels and Budget' meetings, monday.com keeps everyone in sync.
CONSInitially, our staff, especially those less tech-savvy, found the array of features a bit overwhelming. It took a series of seminars (which were assisted by monday staff) and training sessions to get everyone on board. Additionally, in a sector where budgeting is as critical and is often the trade-off between one type of patient-care and another, the pricing tiers of monday.com can cause a bit of a gulp. We had to balance the benefits against our tight budget constraints.

Combining a great product with pleasant visual aesthetics, my current job is made significantly easier by monday.com. It's also all-purpose which means there are no restrictions on how and when we can use it.They have redefined WorkOS. Not to mention the fantastic customer support too.Top class software company.

Monday.com is great for sharing projects in real time
Because of the volume of customers we serve, monday.com is vital in maintaining order. This helps us organize our many clients' requirements and initiatives so that we may better serve them. We also find it useful for internal communication; we can simply add a tag to the name of the person we want to contact.
PROSI really appreciate how straightforward and simple it is to use. They regularly update the site with new features and advice on how to make the most of those features. The speed and quality of their assistance to customers is unparalleled. Our organization couldn't function on a daily basis without Monday.com.
CONSAt the time, I can't think of anything I despise. Although I have been using it for a while, I continue to learn new ways in which it might benefit our business. So much is available there. In the best possible manner, it is overpowering.

Spreadsheets with super powers!
Monday.com is one of the core tools our staff use and it is so heavily integrated into each department's workflow that we would struggle without it at this point. It is incredibly powerful and a fantastic organizational service for any type of information.
PROSWe absolutely love how robust Monday.com's features are and how easy they are to use. Each department utilizes Monday.com in different ways, but they all utilize Monday.com DAILY! It is one of our core work tools and without it's organization and collaboration we wouldn't be as efficient as we have become.
CONSThere is a bit of a learning curve for new users to Monday.com since it has so many features, integrations, and automations available to create the perfect workflow and information management system, specific to your (or your department's) needs. This has caused us to need a bit more time for onboarding new staff to give them a full overview of how their specific department uses Monday.com, but the long term benefits far outweigh the initial time investment.

Monday saves you from having to buy a dozen separate tools for different things
I'm very happy with the value Monday's driven for my company. We first implemented it to move our project management to the cloud with a single tool, but since then, we also started using it fo rso many other things like doc management, forms, brainstorming, etc. It really is what it says on the label. Definitely recommend it.
PROSI like how you can set up separate boards just for your own task items. It helps me keep notes on our teams' tasks without having to move platforms.
CONSSome features feel like they're not 100% complete. The doc creation and forms features in particular have more than a few bugs. These aren't anything important most of the time, but still it makes everything take a bit longer .

Out of all the options, Monday, by far, seemed like the most advanced in terms of features. And it looked pretty usable, so we decided on it at the end.

We use Monday to manage different tasks and projects
It's a convenient hub from which I can oversee a number of separate projects. My manager can easily see how productive I am being by checking the status and clicking on the provided links.
PROSMonday.com is a powerful tool for managing projects, products, workflows, processes, issues, and more. In an agile setting, managers' work is simplified by the abundance of available templates.
CONSPoor dashboard personalization options. The cost is prohibitive for most startup businesses. Getting rid of an obsolete message board is a pain but not a deal breaker.

Great software for a reasonable price
We really enjoyed using Monday but for us we were able to get a great deal on another software which ultimately moved us off the platform. The other plug-and-play offerings like CRM and Dev were what originally made us want to use Monday and they seem to get you everything you might need but not as comprehensive as other dedicated software when it comes to automation.
CONSHonestly, we couldn't think of too much we disliked about Monday. I'm sure if we used the software for longer we might find some but for the time we used it the platform was straight forward and intuitive.

Monday.com - A thoughtful project management tool!
Overall, I have found it satisfactory. It is similar to Asana and ClickUp, but has more integrations that make my job easy as a manager.
PROSDashboards are my favourites. I can easily visualize anything that is in my data.
CONSIt's a bit pricy and has a steep pricing while switching between plans - especially when new user slabs are to be introduced.

The best tool on the market for Team Project Management
It's been excellent. Communication with the company has been minimal because we haven't had any issues, but when we have had a question, we've received a prompt response. The software itself was incredibly easy to implement. We had two training sessions for our team and other than an occasional check-in to discuss best practices, our team has been able to use the software without issue. It has helped our office immensely.
PROSThe visual layout and ability for all of our team to very quickly setup tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate has been the best feature of Monday.com. It's drastically different from other project management solutions on the market, but with our team of younger millennials, the visual "gamified" approach to task management (turning things green to mark them complete) has actually increased productivity and even morale. We couldn't be more pleased.
CONSFile sharing and downloading is the slightest bit clunky... we often find ourselves still sharing files via Slack or Dropbox instead of in Monday, but other than that, it's been really great and that's a minor complaint.

Glip was bloated and trying to do too many things for us, causing confusion. Monday is a more visual platform which we like, and it also handles task management and to-do lists in a way that works better and makes more sense.

Monday.com Is The Best Software I Have Ever Used
Mind-blowing. Literally would have never guessed one software could become such an integral part of my business let alone my life!
PROSMonday is the central hub for our entire business. In fact, I run multiple businesses out of a single account because I can have the teams split up in different ways and different workplaces for each company. The dashboards and status columns make it easy to see how my teams are doing very quickly, it's amazing. I even use it for my personal task management and life management!
CONSThere are times the Mac app will be slow or missing features I want, but the Chrome version is impeccable. No other real complaints otherwise.

Monday - project management aims to simplify
As for interacting with the project and its tasks - it's very easy. Set status, assignee, dates, add items , etc. Notifications are great tool to stay on top of things , and my tasks screen is a life saver - you can see all your tasks without scrolling through long items in a project.
PROSThe UI is built with simplicity in mind. That means that almost every action is made to be easy and without to jump around many screens. Also, templating projects on Monday is one of the best features that we use to spin up new projects. Notifications are a great tool and you can have desktop notifications instead of mails to reduce clutter in your inbox.
CONSSomehow the simple UI is not very intuitive for me. The rows display of items seems a bit off as opposed to the boards display. That also makes the screen seem full of tasks that usually irrelevant for some users.

Right Performance and user friendly CRM Tool
Monday.com is an helpful CRM tool, I find it very useful because of its user friendliness, pipeline management, marketing campaign management. They do allow a 14 days trail with no credit card required to test the useful functionalities of monday.com Since it is web based it is easy to use I said lightweight app page.
PROSMonday.com helps team members to analyze task quickly that they need to work on, workflows are based on the collaborative needs across department such as IT management and administrator team to ensures the stage gates are rightly set for an efficient collaboration. The inbuilt Project management tool can adopt the kaban or gantt chart style for those who love project updates on those charts, Especially useful for users who are used to the traditional type of Project management functionality, and the updates bar in real time. The interface is very neat and colorful, there are multiple widgets and apps that we can add in to the page. The best feature that I like is the ease of use to set up a project dashboard and to add the workflow for the communication and notification with tasks that are needed for the project.
CONSMonday.com have to bring back their phone support which got stopped due to the pandemic. Non registered users cannot see any data or reports even in view only mode, so managing users info has no value with out getting them registered on monday.com. Have limited software integrations such as slack and even few certain exchange emails.

A huge assistance in keeping us on track with our job
