Posist for Inventory Management at Ammar Cafe
Overall experience is very good, we are using the application for below mentioned.1. Making Purchase Entry2. Making Physical Stock count.3. Capturing any wastages.4. Transfer goods from one store to another through stock transfer or through indenting.5. We are also using reports to check out daily stats.
PROSThe inventory module module shows real time stats of all the items present in the store/kitchen.Other best thing is that the variance is not transferred to future dates once we make a Physical Stock Entry.
CONSAll is good, the module works well for making purchase entry, wastage entry, checking reports etc.No problem have been identified till date and we are able to use the application very smoothly.

Inventory system did not have many features and tracking inventory becomes very difficult.

We can go back date and rectify the wrong entries.
PROSUploading the physical stock inventory file is very easy compared to previous one.
CONSIts not easy to check the pick up issue for the items &system is also slow compared to previous one

Posist Inventory Management Review -Chaidays
Stock maintenance, inventory management in outlet level, report generation.
PROSWe are using indent order processing, purchase entry, production entry. Which is very user friendly.
CONSThe only issues we are facing is syncing issues and issue where the reports rarely gets mixed up.

In posist we can update and modify the indent any time also printed proof with time and date. its very useful to track the inventory on daily basis.
PROSBest part about this application is that its very easy to learn and the back team providing very quick service if you are facing any issue.
CONSOn daily basis facing issue with the item availabilty. For example : If i am turning off the particular product on swiggy and zomato thats takes too long to get updated on guest portal. Posist should do something to update this features.

Most of the problems are solved when comparing to other application I used.
PROSThis is easy to do the inventory and it is fastest and easiest.
CONSThe total amount is not coming in the indent screen and nothing as such.

After using Posist inventory, we were able to find out the cost and solved the financial issues in the Resort.
PROSPosist is User friendly system. it's easy for the stock inventory and financial support for the business of the company, purchasing and transferring to other departments are made easy for the cost controlling. Posist service support from [sensitive content hidden] was Great to the unlimited and we always thank [sensitive content hidden] for your great service.
CONSAs of now there is nothing that we didn't like about posist, but sometimes there is frequency change in the error of price when purchase entered in the system, especially the units.

Very Good Software to Manage Inventory Module
As we expand our outlets, this software is handy for us to maintain the inventory within outlets and the base kitchen. Also, new outlets starting or installing the software are happening quickly and can immediately begin operations.
PROSGood software to maintain inventory for Restaurant operations. Starting from Orders to the vendor, stock receiving, Stock issuing to the kitchen, production entry, consumption, wastage entry and physical stock variance-like required options are available.
CONSAs of now nothing to say like or dislike, but some features are required, like auto indent based on reorder etc., required.In enhancement, if this is taken, it would be helpful for our operations.

Posist stock module inventory Feedback...............
Reports are excellent and easy to understand for the management about the all-in words and outwards raw material. Accordingly, we can plan our purchase as requested by the kitchen and other departments. The system is perfect and helps make the correct purchase and sales.
PROSThe indent process is excellent. We can easily do the outlet transfers. The stock reports regarding indent are beneficial. We can use it for reporting to management at the same time consumption in real-time is very good to see. We can analyze our consumption of raw materials daily.
CONSBackdate entry should be more than ten days. Need to the system reports generate are multiple units selection so that we can check every item's description and check various units.

Given more time to finish the inventory it's made easier to finish the work properly and we can edit the entry within 5 days that's the best option to fix the mistakes......
PROSwe can upload the file instead of manual entry which is very easy and flexible and smooth to work.....
CONSthe report is not matching when we checking the variance report and not able to edit entry after 5 days if any error.

Strong & Stabilized Inventory System for F&B Industry !!!
Overall Experience was great as we enjoyed working with their Implementing Team who are highly Qualified in this field and knowledgeable with Good Experience. It Took Good Amount of Time in Initial setup but now its completely stabilized and on Auto-Pilot. Till Date Team Heads are in touch and support us in Various ways may be a query clarification or a Process definition.
PROSOut of Many Features that system have i liked most the centralized control on inventory movement across various stores with complete Traceability. System has a detailed Level Recepie Configuration for the Food Produced and Managing the Real Time consumption of Liquor Items which are directly associated from your FOH Billing App. It also covers all other Basic Functions of Material management at Various Department Levels.
CONSSetting up the App Takes Good Amount of Time and Many Excel Work and in some of the Master Screens Edits are Not Allowed, so user are left with No Choices but to Delete that thing and redo.

Resolving indenting issues, we can track in and out exactly. Getting correct output from Reports. Getting proper support.
PROSEasy to use and very user-friendly. The indenting and Internal Indenting process is excellent and accurate. The reporting structure is very good.

Posist Inventory Management Product Review
Majorly reports can be generated at an enterprise level. Some reports are at the outlet level but that can be managed internally. All the Inventory level masters we can create centrally and can be published to the outlets and that can be managed outlet level. Transactions can be managed through the approval process and there is a separate module there.
PROSAs this is an enterprise module it is very useful to manage the inventory Module for all the Outlets in our organization. Managing item masters (Raw Materials) that we procure from vendors are managed in this software. From raising Purchase orders from outlets to issuing the items for production are managed in this software. Different reports are generated for monthly and weekly reports for analyzing the costing.
CONSSometimes reports issue we face and not able to understand the consumption if we generate at the enterprise level. still, more simplification is required to understand the part of the report. Not only reports but some flow can be simplified for the users in the outlets.

Stock entry concerns were resolved, continuous help towards how to make the entries etc & I recommend others to go for this software as this contains most of the features that a company will be requiring to enhance it's business.
PROSPosist has very interesting features in their stock and inventory module, we can track most of our operations through this and reportings are good.
CONSSome of the features are still under development and needs more clarification toward it. (Enterprise Consumption Report, Preferred Unit)

Inventory Module Feedback ( Posist )
As this is cloud software we can check the reports on any system and in any location. Entries also can be done using login credentials for any location. Costing-related reports can be checked, production entries can be made like such options available.
PROSAs this is an enterprise module we can manage the Items, and vendors all from one system and can assign to the required outlets depending on the operations. Reports can be generated in one place to view all the outlet's transactions. Purchase, Issues, and stock qty can be verified at the enterprise level. Issuing locations can be created and can manage the cost centres as per our requirement.
CONSReports initially were confused as stock mismatch due to backdating entry syncing delay, suggested posist to check and give a realtime update for backdating entries. Physical stock updation calculations were confusing to check by the team and to understand. Still, this can make it simpler.

It is a best application for inventory management
Direct issue option is very good option for solving our stock transfer in short time.
PROSWe like direct issue options which make our work easy. The application is very easy to use. Internal Indenting process are very good.
CONSWe found backdated option not available for Purchase Order. Also backdated entries get reflect next day after 11:00 AM.

Globally satisfied, good tools and good software. All required options are available. Support about implementation is good.
PROSSystem is complete with good options. In general it is friendly user. The recipe part is great and the indenting part also with good clarity.
CONSSystem should have ability or an option where recipe can be created instantly with cost on a real time basis. Also looking about a report for a month and not day by day. need more clarity about the report.
