Time = Money
Stock Sync is the back bone of my business. Directtoolsource.com we have daily/hourly feeds that pull data from multiple sources to keep our 29k SKU inventory numbers correct across all selling platforms. The hours needed to facilitate what Stock Sync does for me saved exponential payroll and a monotonous task of updating. Also we have added feeds to allow for catalog expansion and reductions, product pricing changes can be made in meir seconds, along with packaging and weight data to allow for proper shipping calculations in other softwares. All around the best bang for the buck! 10 stars if we could! Keep up the hard work

Best option out there!
I am a website developer that specializes within a few industries . Just about 90% of my clients require some sort of datafeed or import functionality in order to run their stores effectively, with minimal effort. At one point, in order to streamline my development process, I decided to build an app that would handle everything I needed it to without having to bang my head on the wall every time I landed a new client. While building the custom app, I started putting clients on this app to get me by until it was done. - I'm proud to say that I never ended up finishing that app. Not something I'd ever admit to being proud of. But the truth is, there was no need to finish it after using Stock Sync for a few weeks. It already covered everything I needed it to with a very low cost to the client. This allowed (allows) me to focus on other aspects of my work and helps me get my clients into production mode much faster. - This team does a great job constantly updating and improving the app. It's been a huge help in getting my business (and my clients) up and going much faster. Can't recommend it enough.
PROSThis app is incredibly flexible and addresses (solves) TONS of different datafeed/product import hurdles. It offers more sources to import from than I've ever seen anyone else provide and it fires right up with practically no code or anything ultra technical. The part I find most convenient is having the ability to edit fields (like pricing) upon import on the fly. Easily adjusting your list price base off your cost, along with many other 'real time' features makes this app worth the money 10X over.
CONSThe only aspect of this app is having absolute clarity on what each feature does as there is some ambiguity here and there. However, after a few test runs and reviewing the import behavior a time or two, it begins to make more sense and is a non-issue.

Stock Sync has saved me a lot of time already. I know it can get even better. It seems that the team can customize new settings if needed.

Stock Sync has been with me since the beginning
Although I primarily use Stock Sync for maintaining a read on my inventory quantities and then broadcasting those numbers on my website for customers to see, I have explored the Stock Sync software and witnessed many other features built into the software. I will definitely use Stock Sync in future businesses, because even if future businesses require different inventory management strategies, it appears that Stock Sync can cater to a number of different approaches which is amazing. For instance, instead of a product feed, it can also trigger updates via a file import, or by navigating to a URL. I love all the options.
PROSI had an idea in my mind and I was hoping something out there would exist, a piece of software that would manage my inventory quantities and update frequently enough for me. I was able to point the software to certain product feeds, generated by my supplier, and soon I had everything working for me automatically.
CONSI have zero issues with this software, and the staff are incredibly helpful at showing me how to set things up the way I want them set up.

PROSThe fact that this plug in can do an hour of my daily work for me in mins, automatically is fantastic. I no longer have to worry or stress about stock levels, its automatically updated, I'm emailed a report each day, iv got 30hrs a month of my time back for $5. Money well worth spent. Highly recommend and so grateful there is a plug in that exists. Paid labour to do this job is far more expensive than $5 per month per stockist.

CONSI have run into limitations in the mapping. Although, the team is always open for new feature requests and responded to those requests very quickly.

Exceptional Customer Service
We were having difficulty establishing a feed between a supplier on a Shopify Platform and our retail store on a Wix Platform. Following some online discussion with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in customer service, he quickly created a customized feed just for our use. In my estimation, that is exceptional customer service. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!
CONSThe application does seem a bit clunky when used outside of the Shopify environment. Also, not all functionality is presently available to users who do not have Shopify stores.

It's clear that updating hundreds of products manually will be business suicide. This software takes all of that away and makes sure that all works and is updated perfectly everytime.
PROSI like the fact that the software can automatically integrate the products from my supplier into my Shopify store. No code and expensive web developers necessary.
CONSIt's not so easy to integrate API's and XML files from the feed settings perspective. But the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was absolutely fantastic.

Stockkeeper could not even integrate a simple xml file. It wasn't compatible.

Useful App with good support
It solved our stock synchronization problem
CONSI needed support to set up. Although the support was very fast and easy, it would be nicer to be able to setup just at the panel.

Great app. Great and super responsive support.
PROSIt took me only a few minutes to figure things out and automated a job that the previous owner was doing manually. Love the FTP and Email Forwarding features along with the Scheduling.

Amazing Service
It's the support which really kept me as customer, their support team setup the feed for me as i was having trouble and when i went to make changes and struggled again the support team took the task off my hands, excellent service.
PROSThe software itself does exactly what I needed it for, importing products from suppliers and updating stock quantity.
CONSWould like for it to crawl more often than it does for the package im on but i think it does so every 6 hours.
