Powerful tool that gives control over WhatsApp

it's a feature loaded tool to get to and fro communication from WhatsApp via APIs and power of bots.

PROS

360dialog has amazing whatsapp apis. I used it for my client Business to go live over whatsapp. Best part of it is you can have WhatsApp to and fro communication and control that with a bot. It's a amazing way to connect with your customers.

CONS

360dialog has direct whatsapp api but currently WhatsApp has started it's competition cloud api by WhatsApp which is a cheaper substitute with sams number of functionalities.

Horrible

Our experience with 360dialog was a complete disaster. They automatically deducted funds from our CC without permission, and then kept charging us for months even though we hadn't used anywhere close to the supposed "free" limit of 1000 conversations a month.When we asked for our money back, they refused to give it to us unless we closed all our phone numbers registered with them. We complied with their demand and closed all our phone numbers, but still never received a refund. It's a total ripoff. They essentially stole hundreds of dollars from us and left us with no recourse.We strongly recommend that you stay far away from these scammers. If you are looking for messaging solutions, we suggest considering just directly using meta, as its a lot cheaper (no 50eu month fee per numbder) and you wont run the risk of getting scammed.

PROS

Only makes actually setting up a phone number for whatsapp easier than it is in meta's interface it self.

CONS

A lot of downtime.There horrible customer support and horrible automatically adding of funds

360dialog is solid and does what it says software. Provides great API support for Official WhatsApp accounts.

PROS

360dialog has the best user experience. One can get their Official WhatsApp Business API account within minutes using their embedded signup form.

CONS

360dialog user interface could have been better will need some time to get used to it.

Great Automation Solution for Digital Businesses

PROS

The messenger solution utilizes a smart Use Cases & Technology. The WhatsApp Messaging API feature has been one that has been a great solution for us as a business and for our customers.

CONS

Payments for services are current on as is, instead of at the end of the month. This would be better for reconciling accounts rather than having charges come in daily.

They are offering a landing page with a scam

I had the problem i mentioned before with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT] option, and what they told me its that they can not give it back to me, and that i can not cancel it until september because of their terms and conditions, so i will have to pay 200€ before i can leave it. Its a landing page they did to catch people and get their money. If i could put captures i would as i have the support ticket with their answers telling me all of this.

PROS

I am sorry, but nothing because of the big trouble i had with them.

CONS

- Too expensive 99/monthly, there are a lot of other options at [SENSITIVE CONTENT] per month. - Landing page with an offer that says [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , but its not true, when you pay the [SENSITIVE CONTENT], it takes [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from your bank account and it says you have 15 days to try it, not 30 days.

Reasons for switching to 360dialog

A lot cheaper and honest information on their page.

Horrible customer service and business policies

really, really bad. When they don't feel like it, they just stop responding to customer support messages.

PROS

It was easy to set up and get started. Apart from this, there is nothing good. Their UI is unreliable and inconsistent, their back-end seems to have issues regularly.

CONS

customer service responds with half-sentence e-mails. If your invoice is not paid 1 day after they issue it, they DELETE (not disable, not limit) your number, take your money and don't provide the service. I have never seen technical customer service first respond with "something went wrong", then "we deleted your number" and "we may refund if necessary". I really have never seen anything like this. Please avoid if you are looking for a reliable provider.

Great WhatsApp integration platform.

Great experience! The support team is always there to help out when you need them, and the docs are great.

PROS

The integration with 360Dialog was pretty straightforward. The only caveats were that Meta makes their APIs hard to use, but with 360Dialog's APIs, it became a lot simpler. The documentation is also top-shelf!

CONS

360Dialog has amazing API documentation. I just wish that their Partner documentation would link to their API docs...

Reliable, economical and flexible

The general experience is positive: configuration of the number, included in the Facebook Business Manager, creation of templates ... these are all easily manageable aspects through this very intuitive too. A little patience is needed in the case of customer assistance, which does not always intervene with the desired timeliness.

PROS

The aspect that I liked most about 360dialog is the simplicity with which it is possible to integrate into the ecosystem of your ChatBot marketing systems, including Facebook Business Manager.

CONS

Sometimes the response times from the assistance are not quick, so in case you have problems or needs you have to resign yourself and have a little patience

Mal soporte al cliente y letras chicas para darse de baja

Muy muy mal, servicio al cliente es muy malo, para darse de baja tienen legras chicas que te obligan a pagar un mes más, adicionalmente la plataforma para darse de baja tiene "bugs" y el día de hoy me cobraron 3 veces el valor de lo que era mi suscripción y desde julio intento darme de baja y aún no he podido. Y el soporte al cliente pesimo.

PROS

Bueno el servicio mientras lo use, fácil de integrar. Pero para dejar de usarlo está siendo un dolor de cabeza.

CONS

El soporte al cliente es muy malo. Llevó 2 meses tratando de darme de baja del servicio y aún no logro hacerlo, deje de usar el servicio y por un error de sistema aun no se procesa mi baja y siguen cobrandome.
