Saladil offers all the essential features we typically need in one cheap plan

PROS

A lean solution aimed at small teams who want a simple, intuitive HelpDesk ticketing solution. Saladil is a perfect match with ease of use, features, and no limit tier for agents and tickets

CONS

At the Moment I have no clues, I'm going to add issues in the next few weeks
