The documentation workflow process has been very customizable and straightforward. The integrations with RMM, PSA and network monitoring have been fantastic. Support has been great as well. Cons: I'm not sure if it's a con per se, but there are a lot of customization options. You need to design your documentation and workflow, but it wasn't too difficult to do with the pre-existing templates.
