Verified reviewer Telecommunications 201-500 employees Used weekly for less than 12 months Reviewed June 2021 Meraki Automation Platform Fills in the Gaps 5 Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: As we scale our Meraki-based MSP solutions we have found the native dashboard to be limited with respect to en masse configuration changes of group policy, firewall rules, QoS and traffic shaping, as well as a restricted functionality of templates and network creation/activation. The Boundless platform leverages Meraki's API to fill in those gaps. If you have delved into the Meraki developer page and thought about all the things you wish you had the time and resources to do, this is where Boundless comes in. They have built a nice UI and are continuing to develop and add more features. Their support is great and their pricing is reasonable. I look forward to continue working with them in the future. I haven't seen any product as well polished in recent years that we've tested, or that add so much of a quality of life improvement to working with meraki networks. As an MSP, we have many clients using meraki devices, so managing them all from a single pane of glass helps our daily jobs immensly. Cons: Importing many meraki orgs takes some time (this is more of limitation on meraki API calls), but not a lot of effort. Reasons for choosing Boundless Automation Auvik is SNMP monitoring and management, Boundless Automation is full API management of any number of meraki netwroks you would like, all remediation and auditing available across as many different meraki orgs as we could want.
