Sometimes it lags, and is a little slow when using the tracking feature to create geofences.

Although we have many features on our software its difficult to understand all that's there and how to utilize it.

The recently updated interface made it much easier to keep track of where all our vehicles were at any given time.

Utilizing this equipment helps us maintain trust and establishes a direct line of connection with VDOT.

Nothing that I can think of that would be considered negative.

I use it for tracking, alerts, maintenance and many  more without any difficult, plus the customer support is the best.

What we are able to use seems pretty easy to use.

Also, Crashboxx is a great solution but it does not provide primitive API functions that every SaaS product.

The biggest problem is many times the GPS goes off line and we only get old information which can make it very difficult to see what's happening with our entire fleet.

I sometimes click into the wrong menus since I use the software infrequently.

It is an amazing tool that the state uses to track, verify information, and also to make sure safety is utilized in state vehicles.

The ability to update firmwares and config using batch updates and having realtime information about update progress is great.

I like the older system better. The older system worked flawlessly.

I have not noticed anything that is a downside to this software.

It used to be a good service but customer service is hard to navigate and almost non existent. I will be leaving CalAmp in the near future because of it.

API good coverage, features are potentially quite a lot.

I love that we are able to track our equipment and any given time of the day.

It works for the purpose that we intended it to (locating crews in an emergency). I think that there is a lot more we could be doing with it but we have not taken the time to learn it.

The updates keep making it worse than it was before.

My experience with CalAmp has been positive and reports are easy to use.

This product has many easy to use functions. It has great reliability and support.

It can be difficult to navigate as a new user.

These features help guide and track our equipment during snow removal.

I like the fact that this software is easy to use and navigate.

Positive, we have only had to contact customer support once.

For the most part it has been very helpful and allows us to see where all out drivers are and what they have completed at any time of the work day.

This has been and continues to be a useful tool and CalAmp staff are knowledgeable and responsive.

Overall our experience is very good. It's rare that the software would go down and customer service reps are super helpful and informative.

The increased filter options also allowed us to specify what we needed without having to sift through unnecessary information.

Edsby offers a very successful communication tool to schools. Edsby links, Administrators, Teachers, Students and Parents with day to day knowledge of the academic and personal progress of students.

I mainly use Edsby for it's gradebook and report card features. I find it very easy to work with and like to it auto-saves information that is input.

The customer support is fantastic. The product is NOT fantastic.

What I like most about Edsby is the ease of use for teachers and students.

Even though Edsby has a file management system, I can easily integrate Google Drive and other tools within it.

Good features, mostly intuitive and easy to use. Mostly timely and responsive customer service.

It is easy to use and yet has depth which allows our savvy teachers to continue to discover and share features.

The best part about Edsby is all the amazing features it includes.

Edsby allows us to centralize all learning-related communication into one management system quite effectively.

Great investment and a robust tool. Easy to use for the social media savvy.

What I liked least was how often the site would crash. It was very hard to use because it loaded when it wanted to.

I love the fact that I can have students write a self-correcting quiz that automatically shows up in the Gradebook module.

Generally intuitive and clear. Student and parent contact info is easy to find.

And there are NO UNDO options. On many screens where an information bubble pops up - it remains there no matter what is clicked on and you have to reload the page to make it go away.

I would highly recommend this tool to other schools for its features and ease of use.

I like the features that allow me and my students to communicate feedback and check progress of activiites.

Edsby has benefited our school community in that it's a great communication tool.

I enjoy the way a class is organized in different subjects and how teachers can be co-administrators.

Strong communication tool for our kids/teachers. During Covid-19, this has been especially helpful.

The concept is wonderful if it could be executed correctly. It did the job for a few months but we had to change programs to save both teachers and parents sanity.

I have to delete auto-posted files from the feed that end up in the library otherwise it will become quickly over-run, confusing and ineffective as a communicative tool.

If students or teachers are registered for multiple classes, there is no way to pin, prioritize or re-organize the order of classes, either for yourself or for your students.

Designed with Ontario curriculum in mind which makes it more responsive to our local needs. It is  user friendly and parents seem to enjoy the communication options.

This reduces the costs of time and resources of the front office staff of looking up the student's data / progress and keeping paper copies of records for years beyond.
