Long-term care benefits

This system has provided valuable information for data gathering, security assurance, and necessary screening. We have found great value and time-savings in our facility and highly recommend at every opportunity

PROS

Ability for the facility to make changes in the screening based on current needs and with regulatory changes. Once the initial check-in is completed, facial recognition is very helpful and makes check-ins quick and seamless for most individuals

CONS

Report that is sent is extensive and difficult to navigate when attempting to complete audits of particular categories

Great System

It has been a great experience being the Receptionist it has made my job much easier then to writing down all the information.

PROS

It is a fast and easy way to check in visitors and employees to our nursing home. I also like they fact I can download and print a spreadsheet to see all the people that signed in.

CONS

It's suppose to remember your face so the next time you come in it is faster process however sometimes I see they ask employees and visitors to re re-register.

Overall, this is a great and very welcome tool that most people respond positively to using. It is quick and easy to use and allows us to easily identify visitors in the building and of course do the necessary reporting required for our business

PROS

I think that the kiosk is a great tool. I love that it recognizes people after the initial registration and that it includes their picture on the badges. It's so cute how it says Goodbye to the person when they check out. We had some dangerous people who were coming in to visit a resident and I was able to go into Advanced Entry and print out pictures of them to post around the building

CONS

The first thing I would change is the message that says "Thank you for Registering" after the name and phone number are entered. This is extremely misleading and I am constantly saying "you're not done keep going until a badge pops out" because, in seeing that message, people naturally think they are done. I would move that message to the end

Convenient Check-ins

Overall, Advanced Entry has greatly improved the efficiency of check ins and has increased productivity for the administrative assistants.

PROS

I like that Advanced Entry has taken the burden of manually checking in each employee and visitor off of the receptionist. It is easy to use and most people are able to check themselves in and out without assistance.

CONS

I wish there was more flexibility with the screen itself. Sometimes, if someone is too tall or short, it is hard for them to position themselves within range of the screen.

Hopeful

Advanced entry is a great tool to utilize.

PROS

Keeps people from being too close especially now that COVID has reared again.

CONS

It causes a backup line when there are multiple family and friends needing to check in

Easy usuage

PROS

Advance Entry is very easy to use. When we first got the system it was very easy to explain to all employees and visitors. Everyone likes the system.

CONS

The internet connection goes out easily in our area. So sometimes it is hard to use.

We enjoy our paperless screening process with Advanced Entry

The stand. It is not as secure and stable as I would like.

Amazing Convenient Technology

Great experience. It made my job so much easier. I am able to do and complete my other mandatory tasks on time. I don't have to spend my time all day logging in/entering all the daily COVID Screening all day-everyday.

PROS

this system is magnificent. It made my daily life 300+% easier. I don't have to take the temperature of everyone that comes in the building all day and then I still have to enter/log it all in the PCC. I stayed at work till 10pm everyday to complete my task. One of the best part is that I don't have to argue with anybody that comes in the building who does not want to answer the questions or to sign the consent. people who comes to visit feels like their privacy/ personal information is protected (for ex.tel.# and COVID vaccines status). I wish that this technology was in our center from 2020 when the COVID started. I always hope and pray that either COVID would stop or something has to be invented to to make my job a little easier. Truly, "Advance Entry" is on of the answer to my prayers.

CONS

Everything. However, the "THANK YOU" part at the end of their visit maybe could have an additional "Have a nice Day". May, it will sound more polite- it might make the visitor smile while exiting the building.

So far it has been very easy to use with the exception of reports and calling in for service.

Easy and stress free access

Very easy to use. Staff and resident like it because it only takes seconds to gain access to entry.

CONS

We have to reboot the machines a few times a week if we have Internet connectivity issues.

It has been wonderful using Advanced entry as we no longer have to track visitors on paper.

I like being able to track the number of staff and visitors.

I do not care for the new beta version as it is more difficult to make changes.

Works great for monitoring staff/guests at Nursing Homes

Setup and customization of screen prompts were very easy and quick.

Certain updates have caused prompts to stop working but have been fixed with later updates. No complaints at this time.

Love this system

Love it! It makes my life easier by tracking the screenings.
