Pros
- The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
- The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
Cons
- Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
- The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.
Pros
- The lower tiers are good to get started and was also priced well. That’s where I started when I began my online business and I was very cost conscious.
- Plus, they are always improving how this theme functions and what it can do and it can do a lot. I recently upgraded to the suite and it's very robust and a decent price for what you get.
Cons
- The only I don't like is that you cannot call a customer service person. You have to email and wait for a reply which can hold up things for a couple days.
- I have experience several annoying bugs with the software, a lot of glitches making me so frustrated at times.
