Great no-code signup flow
Super easy to build form flow and integrate it to the existing infrastructure.
CONSI'd prefer to have more pre-crafted templates as Upflowy could be used in some cases that I did not think about.

Very flexible software to build all kinds of user flows. Great for iterating and learning fast.
I use Upflowy for my onboarding flow, to be able to tailor the experience of my first-time users.
PROSVery quick to build and iterate and good quality flows and visuals, and ability to integrate to third parties to re-use the data collected.
CONSIt gets a little difficult to manage when the flow are very complex.
Reason for choosing Upflowy
Main reason is it's more flexible, Upflowy is the only tool that properly allows to capture data during my onboarding. The flows are also visually better-looking with minimal effort. The responsiveness of the support team and ability to help me achieve my needs is exceptional.

A powerful flow builder that allows you to gather insights on a granular level
The biggest benefits from this platform is its flexibility and ability to gather insights on the micro level.
PROSUpflowy is an exciting new flow builder that allows you to quickly build simple or complex lead funnels, questionnaires and much more. I love that you have full control over each step in the workflow thus allowing you to completely customize the experience for the end user. Equally impressive is that the analytics provide both data on the workflow as a whole as well as step specific insight. This really helps when trying to understand potential roadblocks or weak points in a flow. The new document feature which opens the door to creating client intake documents with advanced filtering is also something thats going to be super useful. Finally, Upflowy’s onboarding team has been very helpful with answering questions and walking me through the platform and it’s potential.
CONSOverall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected. Many of these are simple design changes that I hope will be remedied in the next iteration.

Feeling the Frictionless Flow
I worked at a legacy AB testing software provider for six years. Though we were the market leader, a simple signup flow test took nearly as much effort as a massive personalisation algorithm test. Most tests at most companies are usually top of funnel sign up and campaign efficacy tests and EVERY.SINGLE.ONE. of our customers wanted to just spin up a quick test. Upflowy is the first product that actually delivers on a no-code, super easy sign-up flow test.
CONSIn the early days of the product release, several key features were missing which definitely slowed things down. However, all the product gaps that I identified with their first release have since been filled and there isn't anything major that I would want changed.
Reason for choosing Upflowy
Upflowy is so easy to use. If you just want to create quick and easy customer acquisition flows with no fuss and easy results, there isn't a better option. Especially at this price point!

CONSI would want more granular design options. (The current options are nice and should be a good fit for most of the organizations)

A great audience qualifier
The main goal that I have been looking to tackle has been to better qualify people who signup with the various tech startups I work with. We want ensure we drive quality signups, focusing on activation as a key metric and Upflowy’s data collection and qualification conditional logic have been incredibly helpful to achieve higher activation rates.
PROSUpflowy was exactly what I was looking for as a growth marketer with the SaaS startups I work with. I’ve been looking for a qualifying solution that can help me with retaining potential leads that we acquire, as well as properly nurture through personalised onboarding. This has always been an area of weakness with the startups I work with until I started using this tool. I’ve also enjoyed the rapid iteration process, being able to see the problematic steps and quickly editing them or removing them completely.
CONSThe UX of the platform is still in its infancy and there are elements that aren’t very intuitive for a user. I’ve been seeing the updates within the product, and I imagine it will only be a matter of time before these issues are corrected.

Communicating our USP
The best features for us were the content and form components. To create such a rich web experience without needing an engineering team was fantastic. I was hesitant at first, but the final product was brilliant. Truly native, we managed to match our branding and communicate during the entire flow process our USPs and brand story.
CONSThere were some UX issues that we ran into. We enjoyed the product but the finer elements just haven’t yet been considered. There were moments when we wanted to do something simple, yet it required a complicated set of actions. Upflowy has communicated the updates and changes they’re making to the platform, with the hopes to make it more user-friendly.

Personalized, just how we want it
The ability to create genuinely engaging and personalized flows was something we thought we would have to hire a marketing agency or a developer team to create for us. To be able to create it easier for ourselves and seamlessly insert it into our website was amazing.
CONSThe ability to problem solve in the product was limited, the customer success at the outset was quite limited and we felt like we were navigating the product alone. This meant that we had to really explore the product and find more about it, but we would’ve preferred to do this with the help of a team member or through Intercom.

The perfect tool to get a world class signup flow
- Upflowy as a no-code solution is so helpful for me, and for my engineering team. I'm not bugging them to be able to fix minor issues with the web experience, they focus on the product. Knowing that anyone in the team can get into Upflowy and make the right changes means I can stay on high-level and strategic tasks. - From a marketing perspective, there is so much possibility for the type of experience I can create for potential leads, whether that's through the integration of Calendly to book in a call, or including different copy, images, video or promote engagement throughout the flow.
CONS- There are some minor UX elements to it that I've run into which mean it's not always the most seamless experience, but I've seen improvements in the last few months. They might need a couple more designers involved in the team to ensure that future users have a great experience with the app every time they log in.

Simple and straight to the point

CONSThe mobile version using the iframe can have some issues with questions of the type "card". We could see the results on web instead of downloading them.

Great find
Excellent, Awesome.
PROSEverything is awesome except for the price. SERVICE (kay in particular) is awesome.
CONSAs a startup, I can't afford to pay a year up from, and the plan I need is out of my reach at $60/month. I know once implemented, I will likely be able to afford it, but it will take me at least 4 months to reach that point an by that point I would have spent $240 which we don't have bootstrapping and losing money every month.
