Great for Larger Departments and Budgets
The product was super easy to use and had many great features
CONSThe main downfall of WeTip is the price. For a small department it just wasn't feasible

Still not sure about this...
Customer service is generally responsive, but we did not have a full support to implement this fully and now we have several principals unhappy with our switch to this program from our previous program. We are trying to finalize and receive the upgraded elements but it is over a month now.
PROSGreat things- promotional items, the live caller element, the extra filter before it hits the site.
CONSIssues: we did not know we had the SUPER limited version which made receiving tips difficult and vague. Setting up the paid element was (actually still is) a long process. WE are promoting it fully but barely can access it.
Reasons for switching to WeTip
My predecessor switched for "price" but that was a waste because the lower version of this program was not up to par compared to what we had before. Plus my predecessor left Catapult EMS for another program, so we have two programs that do not work in a cohesive way.
