Now the whole lead gen flow is automated. Once we start the flow in Hubspot it is initiated on Expandi via Integromat. This saves us lots of time. Additionally, all statuses from Expandi (Linkedin connection request accepted, contact replied on Linkedin, etc.) are reflected in Hubspot properties. Expandi helps personalize our messages as it allows using of placeholders. I really love Expandi and all our lead gen guys do.

Finally, we found the tool which helped us to connect email and LinkedIn sequences in one flow.

Very poor experience, as when you read about a tool's features, you expect them to be available to you and work properly. But for Expandi that is not the case.

If all the features Expandi claims to have were available and worked properly, it truly would be an awesome tool. So I liked most their promises, which sadly were not fulfilled.

The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress. The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month.Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words your campaign will not be working at all.

I have been using Expandi for more than two years for my 10+ clients and recommended more than 8 people and one of them bought like 50 Expandi access. Builder campaigns or other new features seems good in v2 but for longer time it was difficult to judge if we have higher success with new tactics due to missing data or weak statistics. Maybe now it would be easier with "per step stats"

at first, I liked the builder and the ability to create fairly sofisticated yet simple flows BUT

after hours of work and clicking the save button every few minutes, it deleted 60% of my work and there's no way to bring it back. I got mad but patiently recreated the entire flow clicking the save button every 30 seconds now. As soon as I refreshed the page - almost the entire flow was gone again. And there's no way to bring this back.

The list of blockers to start. Problems with account connection. Uses customer support help for 3 of 4 connected accounts and loses a lot of time for that.Unfortunately, we have some strange situations, when Expandi charges for 7 users while we use just 4. Again, we've added 4 users, and they charge for 7. I've asked to do the refund and promise to put that money in our account as a payment for next month. Next month expandi charges again for 7 seats while we use just 4. I've spent too much time communicating with support in both situations and 0 results. For me, it looks like financial fraud from their side.
