It's super easy to use and the pricing makes it even more terrific.

I have been very impressed so far with SignWell. I was using DocuSign before because that's what everyone else was using in my field. Aside from it being ridiculously expensive, many features were only available to the top-end users. As a small business owner, I am not in a position to expense that much for e-signing software.

I think one of the best things I like about SignWell (of many) is the customer service provided, and not just by any old representative but from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company. I had a few questions regarding functionality when I was getting started that were critical to my decision making on using the product and was surprised to receive an email from [sensitive content hidden] of SignWell giving me all the info I needed, including screenshots and recommendations. And the time it took for a reply was really impressive. In the times of fully automated bot email responses, it is refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person to get the help you need. Now as for the actual product, SignWell is super easy to use. If you have ever used any of the other super-expensive document-signing software, this will be a walk in the park for you. Lots of important features are available and there are help tips for every selection you can make to help you understand how everything works. I feel confident knowing that I have a quality product that helps my clients see that I am making a professional appearance.

I have found SignWell easy to use and very convenient compared to creating word documents and having to change them to pdfs, which was my old system. Electronic signatures are the way to go.

I love that I can see if a client has opened the document. I have learned that many clients open one day and sign on another, it is reassuring to track their progress. I also like that I can very quickly edit the template to suit each customers individualised requirements

In the trial you can only create one template so I recommend moving to a paid plan as soon as you are able

It was easy to use, I used the free version so it solved the immediate issue I had and saved me money

When I was trying to have my wife sign a her side of the document it wouldn't let us, this was because we was still under my account. I wish it would have made that more clear and easier to understand. It took like 5 mins to figure out. Maybe a heading or something in parentheses that says, "This must be under the signers account." My thought is if you are using SignWell in the same room just as a digital option to save paper and ink, save yourself the hassle of scanning and then emailing, etc. When two people are in the same room you need an easy way for both of them to sign.

I appreciated that Signwell allowed to be send documents that required a social signature for free. It also notified me when the document was signed.

Many entrepreneurs have used competing products previously. The reality is that those products ie docusign are often too much for what a small business needs and are priced accordingly! Signwell provides all of the core features and helps grow with your business. Just need a few proposals signed now and then? Signwell is perfect. Need something more robust? Signwell offers that as well but doesn't force you into higher tiers.

So far, We haven't found anything we don't like about the platform. It has all of the core features we need and works in the way that we expect. Easy to create documents, Easy to get them signed.

Docsketch has been a lifesaver. I cannot always get documents to a client in person. I needed something both easy for me and easy for my clients to complete. Docsketch filled that need. I tried several other services, but, found the combination of features and pricing from Docsketch to be just right.

Docsketch is user friendly and simple. The process of converting PDF documents to forms that can be electronically completed is intuitive and fast. Generally, I love how fast and easy it is to get a document to a client for review and signature. I've also received positive feedback from users who find their signing experience easy and fast.

There are some missing features, such as the ability to organize templates, that would make workflow easier.

I feel it’s the best out there it’s cheaper and gives you 3 documents free trail and these look and come through amazing. It’s simple to use for people who are not tech savvy

Our Clients love seamlessly easy signing process. The RTIwala Services is catering to B2B as well as B2C Clients and for each one of them signing the legal documents and affidavits are super simple. And, fabulous feature is it auto fetches the existing client details based on the email, it saves our time and efforts.

Nothing as such but there should be more advanced features like REST APIs, more customization and native fonts for signing as many Indians would love to use the Hindi language. Some predefined templates to fetch the details from Forms (typeform/involveme) and populate to form in the form of drag and drop element.

I bought this software at its very beginning with a special deal, so it was basically a bet on it. I won that bet, it's fantastic! I work in digital forensics field and I needed a software to help me sign contracts and securely share documents in a secure environment and I finally found it!

Easy to use, clear free training and explanations, new features every week/month! It worth (much more) the value I paid for it.

We are so happy with Signwell. It has a user friendly interface, has great security measures and the customer service is fantastic! Any emails we have sent to customer service have been replied to extremely fast! They went above and beyond to help us correct a client error without us having to lift a finger.

We started small, requiring only one signed document, but we were so impressed with the ease of use of Signwell, that we have come back time and time again. We are able to upload a document, enter the fields required to be filled and have it sent to our clients in no time at all! Signwell keeps us updated every step of the way until our documents are signed. Due to our clients stating how easy the process is, we will continue to use Signwell for all of our documents!

We would love to see an option for adding a paragraph field, in addition to the text line.

I've found it very easy and intuitive to use from the start. I've had no trouble setting up templates, sending documents to all parties, communicating the status of signatures, and managing completed documents. It's a great tool that reflects a professional business image.

I just started my business and didn’t even consider the fact that I would need a way to send out contracts to sign. I looked at multiple options, but found SignWell to be most cost-efficient. I also love that SignWell gives you 3 free documents a month because as I’m starting out, that is all I need (and I will gladly pay for a plan if I need more). SignWell is very easy to use and my clients have had no issues signing on their end. I highly recommend SignWell!

Multi-party is very easy to use and set up on a document. I also love that I can sign in using Google; that makes it easier to keep everything in one place.

When I first reached my limit of 3 documents, it took me a while to figure out that I was able to archive completed documents and have extra “space” for new documents. I thought that the 3 free documents a month would reset automatically, so more detail on this would be nice for new users.
