Loving it so far! An absolute trove of learning info along with a little bit of drinking from the bot-building "fire hose". While the offer was good, and support is right on top of things, some packages are a little confusing, I'm sure for the noobs to these apps especially. Definitely a winner in the space.

PROS

Clepher's template library is 2nd to none. While many follow similar loop patterns, having stuff laid out for you to begin with is a HUGE time-saver! Replace some text and images and your done!

CONS

I'd like to see an "infinite paper space" concept put into the bot builder as soon as possible, as most of these bot-builder apps have already implemented. This relates practically to long-existing CAD operations which have always used an identical zoom structure (hold button on mouse, use wheel to zoom in and out). Having to click up in the corner and use +/- to zoom when your hand is on a mouse with a wheel is a little archaic.

Really excellent clean UI, constant Updates by [sensitive content hidden]

Amazing. The support is amazing. Always very prompt and since day one of its launch the UPDATES HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.....hundreds and hundreds of updates to improve and get the platform better and better and better.

PROS

The extensive support materials. The UI is so easy to use and to navigate around. I love the drag and drop canvas to create the chatbots needed. Also they have an extensive library if ready to plug and play chatbot templates (200+ on the Pro account)

CONS

There should be a instruction notifications when you first login to give you a clue on what to do, so you don't have to visit the support area to find out. You cam be instructed within the same window what to do.

Pricing and features for the same price Clever Messenger was FAR better. Manychat was still easier to use than Clever Messenger at first. But the life time launch special price was inviting enough to leave....lol

The innovative "card" system during setup made this a no-brainer tool that started to deliver results as soon as I hit go.

Clepher, the messaging platform that is really Clever!

I am using Clepher to build client Chatbots and I am super impressed with the easy to use platform

PROS

I have used this platform for over 2 Years now and find it easy to use and the features it has is comparable to Manychat if not better in someways, it integrates with other platforms easily and has some great templates. The platform [sensitive content hidden] and developers are really on the ball providing new features all the time as well as providing great customer support and training.

CONS

I am always surprised, when I think of something I would like it is doable already, I just haven't used it.

I like All thre platforms but I will go to the Clepher platform first as this is the one I have used most and have found the easiest one to build what I need

Overall Clepher is much cheaper and better than other bots. Clepher has everything built into it that I need to streamline my business.

CONS

I do wish there were 5000 leads instead of 3000 on the main front end of the product.

Cleve Messenger is way better than the other guys.

Clever Messengers customer support is amazing. And like I said, it seems like the software is constantly getting updates and addons. It's well worth money I invested in it a few years ago... and then some.

PROS

I love how easy it is to setup Chat Flows and everything else inside of Clever Messenger. I tried the other big name brand, but it wasn't easy as all!

CONS

There's not really anything negative I can say about Clever Messenger. It's updated very frequently so even if there is an issue or bug it's fixed fast.

Because Clever Messenger could do the same thing as Many Chat, but it was cheaper!

Clever Messenger Makes FB Messenger Profitable

It's easy to setup a conversational flow that will connect with all of the major CRMs without having to use Zaps.

CONS

Would be nice if you could use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom in an out of the canvas of a flow you are creating.

When adding a flow, I have to hunt down all the places in that flow to add and or change my business's information.

Their management sold the company to the unqualified. The original builder of the software had a personal interest in the platform, and it always showed in his training. When it changed hands, that was gone. I lost interest and the software became unusable.

Great Chat marketing Platform with Amazing Support

PROS

I had to migrate to a new chat marketing platform as the one I was previously using announced they were closing. I know that Chatbot marketing has a lot of potential, especially for lead generation from Instagram. After reviewing many of the platforms available, I decided on Clepher, and one of the reasons is that I heard the support system was good with fast turnaround on tickets.If you are only using a single comment growth tool to send a DM with a link, then that's fairly easy to set up, but if you want to craft conversational experiences for your own platforms and for clients, getting questions answered quickly is essential. The lack of support (and complaints in the FB group) in the most well-known platform in this market is the main reason I didn't choose that one.Getting set up and recreating all my flows took some time and there was definitely a learning curve but support answered my questions and SXtefan recorded some personalised Loom vids to help, which is the type of commitment from the [sensitive content hidden] that is amazing to see. He also added my email autoresponder to the Integrations, which already has most of the main ones as standard.All in all, it has been a great experience so far and would definitely recommend Clepher if you are looking for a chat marketing platform.

CONS

This is not a complaint or a negative point but the videos and training definitely all have been made with Facebook Messenger in mind first of all, and the extra parts for Instagram added later. Perhaps this is my own personal opinion, I see a lot more potential in the growth of Instagram for organic marketing over Facebook, and definitely with Chat Marketing for Instagram so an IG-first approach would be a better option.However, having said that, I think some new training videos are being released soon.

Chatmatic had a great agency license but lacked some functionality I wanted and had a terrible support system. They also recently announced they were not going to continue the product so it was time to switch.

Nothing but great things to say about the platform, the company, the people and team, the service, the technology, and also their proactive approach to being on the forefront of that technology

Honestly, my only negative is that I never got my Clever Messenger Hoodie that I was supposed to get a long time back. The platform and the people are top notch and recommend them on a regular basis

Clepher, A Very Clear Choice

My overall experience with Clepher has been AWESOME!

PROS

What I like about Clepher is the step-by-step onboarding process. Relevant tasks to get up and running fast. Recommends setting goals and developing a plan of action so that you can see results quickly. When you review the application in its entirety, you will notice that it is comprehensive and thoroughly intuitive product and at that moment you realize you don't have a toy but a serious business tool. The developers are constantly improving Clepher infrastructure, capabilities, and features that benefit the users exponentially. They routinely ask users for recommendations of 3rd party software to integrate into the platform, if it makes logical sense to improve our marketing strategy and close more opportunities. Every effort from the Clepher team has been open and transparent from the beginning and the support I have received personally is far greater than most U.S. Fortune 500 companies with $B dollar revenue.

CONS

As I continue to use Clepher I might run into some issues however as of this writing I have no like least aspect of the product.

Superb AI Platform

I love how Clever Messenger automates customer service and it is a cost-effective solution compared to hiring multiple customer service representatives.

PROS

Integrations. This allow me to connect Clever Messenger with other platforms I use, such as my email marketing tools, CRMs, and more. This helps to streamline my workflow and improve efficiency. The interface is also very user-friendly and no coding required at all.

CONS

I guess Clever Messenger requires an internet connection to work, so without it, we will not be able to use the chatbot.

Best messenger chatbot platform for marketing

Overall experience was pretty good. I have had certain queries which they answered instantly and helped me in creating the chatbots as well. I have used multiple platforms but this one is very affordable and user-friendly. The drag and drop chatbot builder, recurring notification feature and autoresponder integrations are some of the key features in the platform.

PROS

Easy to use chatbot builder, clean UI/UX and affordable pricing. What else you could ask for? Would like to mention the amazing support I got from their team. There are multiple chatbot templates to choose from. Multiple third party app integrations, quick updates and what not!

CONS

Requested for more chatbot templates & integrations and they are working on it.

First, all of the above are very expensive and Second, difficult to manage everything at one place.

My favorite messenger app with great support!

PROS

I've been using Clever Messenger since the early days when they just started. Not only am I impressed with the speed of new functionality and integrations, but their customer support is also top-notch! Glad I made the switch from ManyChat to CleverMessenger.

CONS

Honestly... I wouldn't know what to say here. In the early days they had some UX/UI difficulties, but that's all been sorted years ago. Happy customer here!

My Personal Review of Clever Messenger

My overall experience has been great! I've had a couple of hicup's along the way but Stefan and his support team got me back on track ASAP! the best support I've ever experianced online!

PROS

Ease of use and setup. Video training and ease of getting help from support if/when needed. Once set up the amount of template options is awesome!

CONS

I really didn't find anything that was bad with Clever Messenger. If I had to pick one thing it would be the time it takes set up a meesage sequence from a template but only becausethere are so many options that you can completely customize your bot to suite your own business.

Messenger app, for Facebook.

Setting up a lead capture funnel and using ads for it is what I focus on. To gather interested prospects and warm them up. This is key to growth, to get traffic, and also to get some deeper relationship without a static one way approach.

PROS

What I love the most, about this product is the ease of use, the pre-made templates, and the visual composer. On top of that, it's the training which I follow that is a gamechanger and seems to leave nothing out. The support is fast. The product is sharp and works like advertised.

CONS

The limitations in the amount of leads would be the only set back. With a basic account, I would have loved more leads, but I DO have enough. It was hard to find a negative to mention, but this is the closest to something I would have loved to have even more flexibility with

I haven't totally made the switch, but I have 2 similar ones. They both are great but a little different. Now, I think this might be better IF I ask for some tweaks, but unsure if they are open to it yet.

For me, the kindness and helpfulness of the [sensitive content hidden] and the team are truly my favorite feature. I had initially been amazed at the product and the training, and I still am....then when a situation arose in which I needed help....the support I received was so kind and helpful that it will make you feel like you were working with your family or favorite friends. Truly authentic and truly kind people are running this company. And then there is the amazing product and training. I cannot say enough great things.

They have a great product that has every option under the sun. They have a very responsive support and tech team. I have tried manychat and chatfuel and they don't come close to cleaver messengers templates and amount of features.
