The most amazing customer service experience I've ever had.
From the moment I stepped into this platform, I was captivated by its ease of use and intuitive interface. I felt like I was navigating a virtual universe designed just for me. The platform allowed me to interact with the brands I love in a whole new and exciting way.
PROSIt's just amazing, like a dream come true! What I liked the most about this platform was its ability to merge different features like video chat and chatbots into one platform. I was able to solve my doubts instantly and receive personalized help in real time. It is a true marvel!
CONSOne of my least favorite things about this platform is that sometimes the video chat connection can be a bit unstable. Imagine my frustration when I was in the middle of an important call and the screen would freeze or the video quality would be pixelated! It was really frustrating and ruined my whole experience.

A Seamless Service
Overall Experience is good. They are open to development and seem to have a good understanding of what we need as a business. It would be great to get more feedback from Vee24 on what competitors are doing better and what we could improve on.
PROSThe gradual improvements has meant we can now offer a more professional and seamless service.
CONSMobile Phone view - Co-share can still be tricky to navigate.

Overall; we feel we have a good working relationship with Vee24 - it would be desirable to have clarity on our account/client team at Vee24 to further develop our working relationship.
PROSWe have been a partner since 2011The product has helped us meet initial and ongoing business objectives through many development features and transition across platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)Implemented a chatBOT, also helped us achieve a reduction in head count freeing up agents to deal with more complex queries. The software is agent friendly and the functionality is easy to use. The inclusion of WhatsApp to our service offer so far has proved successful - keen to develop further.Software has so many capabilities such as video and keen to explore other areas in our roadmap which we haven't had the opportunity to do yet.
CONSVideo not on.Releases are generally not straightforward - there have been times we have had to roll things back and on occasion we have highlighted issues to Vee24 we feel should have been picked up during their internal testing.Reporting/Dashboard - inconsistencies with data and due to the nature of our business function having real time visibility of these numbers is essential.
Reason for choosing Vee24
We chose Vee24 over these products because Vee24 were the first people to offer Video help.Schuh and Vee24 worked together to develop Text Chat back in 2011 because schuh wanted to offer help through both channels (Video and Text).

Easy to use
I love that we are able to interact with our customers in a way that they are comfortable with, it is really adaptive to the customer and means that they are able to visit the store without leaving there home.
PROSThe software is easy to use and is kept upto date
CONSthe save button at the end of the chat is too close to the block button and it is making it difficult to save chats

The ultimate tool for an unparalleled customer service experience
The platform has revolutionized the way I interact with customer service. The ability to have real-time video chats has made conversations more personal and effective. Shared browsing has also been a great help.
PROSI like the ability to have real-time interactions with my customer service representatives via video chat. This adds a level of personalization and closeness not found in other communication channels.
CONSI would like to see improved is the stability of the platform in terms of connection and performance.

Very Good!
The software is very easy to use and our induction was also very good and informative
PROSI like being able to show customers our products for the customers that are unable to visit our showroom. This is a very good benefit.

My overall experience with Vee24 has been great
PROSIt is very simple to use but very effective, we do not have any problems whilst using the software.
CONSThe only con is that the video call feature could be made full size on the customers phone, sometimes this is a bit hard to navigate for customers.

good service for work

My ally in providing an exceptional customer service experience
I also love the shared navigation functionality, which has allowed me to resolve issues faster and more efficiently by being able to share the screen with the agent.
PROSI really love the ease with which you can interact with customer service agents through different channels.
CONSOn some occasions I have experienced a certain delay in the response, which can cause me a bit of frustration or discomfort, especially when trying to solve an urgent problem.
