I have used so many other social platforms for social and business interactions, but after the use of WhatsApp, I could not switch somewhere else. It's amazing in every field, from text to audio messages and video calling, Whatsapp compels its customers by its performance to stick with it. It's also a great business platform, where you can grow your business. It will do everything for your business from branding to advertising and much more. If you are a social person, as I am, you may join different groups worldwide and there are no limits on that. Now you can share everything with your community, even your feelings. My family members when celebrating birthdays I always join those events on Whatsapp. I never felt myself away from my loved ones. They share photos and video clips, and that's all someone requires from a distance. It's a platform that provides a great balance of individual users to business use. You just need an internet connection now and distance would not matter to you. It's all for your happy world.

Although Whatsapp is absolutely brilliant, making a wish is not bad for more improvement. Video clips have size limitations, that must be increased. I also share my feelings as others do on Whatsapp status, there is also a limit of 30 seconds, I have to split the longer video into 30 seconds clips. For video calling I always need a stable internet connection, otherwise, distortion will be frustrated. It takes a few seconds delay to send your voice when you talk to someone on WhatsApp, for new users it takes some time to understand this. Despite these facts, Whatsapp is still awesome.

In general, WhatsApp is a wonderful application and has a wide range, and this in return is free and easy to use, and this makes it distinct. All thanks and appreciation to the inventor and the existing company with my wishes for the signs for the negatives that I mentioned above and their solution.

One of the drawbacks that I see in the application is that it does not keep the media sent in a long set, and this makes it negative in its history, as well as not supporting the bot system completely, as well as the lack of privacy somewhat like what happens when you delete a message.

To be honest I love everything about what's App but the feature I like most is chats. What'sApp gives that level of security when contacting friends family even sending contents.

I dislike the feature where your on a call but if a another call comes in it let that person know your on a call. You guys removed that with the update some am perfectly fine.

I have had a great experience since I started using this software especially during the pandemic in 2020. I managed to share work documents with my colleagues, we had online meetings through our Whatsapp group. I also managed to communicate with my friends during lockdown. It is a great software to maintain communication with your friends and family who live far away from you.

This software is easy to use once you install it. It allows restoration of backed up files and data in cases where I had to unistall it. It also has a Broadcast message feature that allows me to send messages to numerous recipients at the same time.
