I have used EventMobi on several occasions and love it for its ease of use for us and the attendees.

I love that you can make changes instantly - whether on your own, or with assistance from customer support. The follow up is always excellence, whenever I have had questions.

I was with the team that evaluated this software for an event. The team decided to move forward and the event was successful, but many features were underused.

Being restricted to everything being linked to an email address.

Between the platform's ease of use and responsive customer service, we had a seamless event app integrated into our meeting.

Also, each time  I imported the agenda spreadsheet attendees profiles were lost - Eventmobi has since fixed this issue.

Everything in the software is very friendly to new users, the software is very well built so that it doesnt crash even though using it in a high demand event.

We've been using EventMobi for our past 6 meetings and we love it. It's very easy to add your meeting info (schedule, speakers, attendees) and there is a lot of customization as well.

Eventmobi is very user friendly - from start to finish it's intuitive and easy to use -  making changes is also easy - everything is fast and customizable - it's terrific.

The benefits of using EventMobi have been greatly realized at our events as it has cut down on printing costs and time associated with printing, etc.

I would advise in the future to refrain from responding to Admins in an emotional tone as it creates a negative  vibe, that myself as a customer should not have to encounter.

Great personalized itineraries for everyone, and alerts that reminded everyone of certain things (ie. where they had to be, dinner updates, etc).

Some people get confused when trying to load the web page to their home screen or download it from the app store, but that can also be attributable on some level to user error.

I also liked that I could have my virtual team in a green room, and I could be with them, but not impact the front end.

He only problem with EventMobi is that sometimes these events happen in places where connectivity can be hard to access, so having no internet connection ruins the purpose of the app.

The ability to develop it to suit our individual needs. Very little training or expertise is required to input data and manage the APP.

It does rely on users downloading the app and having access to wifi or wireless data. Some conference centers have poor cell reception.

Very happy with the support we've received and how well it performed.

Content Management rather easy and efficient, even for less experienced users. Ask a question to speakers, document sharing, map integration are my favourite features.

It does have a pretty good learning curve if you are getting into more advance setups. It you are just looking to put bible verses and words on the screen then that is very simple.

I like that this software is reliable, after it is setup correctly. I like that has so many great features for various types of presentations.

My overall experience has been nothing but positive. For the price point you get an amazing product that will meet most if not all of your presentation needs.

Flexible, responsive program that invests new media quickly and seamlessly. Quick reorientation of slides and presentable media.

They have made a much better product that is FULL of helpful features. I have always loved the way Pro just WORKS and that you can do almost anything with it.

We love the reliability and integration of the ProP platform. It makes our song presentation seamless and incredibly professional.

Also the more complex the system our church has the harder it is to trouble shoot wen something is not working correctly.

This software is super easy to use for volunteer based productions. It works in multiple sized venues and does a multitude of functions.

PP7 specifically can be glitchy, and the fact that you have to continue to pay for the updates is a big downside.

I also like the way it pulls in PPT. Would love to see a nice clean toggle though between PPT and ProPresenter.

Cost - it is pretty amazing what this program does for the cost.

Or converting to lower thirds with a graphic the software will crash. Occasionally Master control on the slave computer will freeze the primary.

The features available in the Looks menu, Midi integration, and a simple presentation interface make this the perfect software for use in any presentation.

It is robust, reliable, and always improving. It is very powerful, intuitive, and easy to use.

The software is innovative and capable of great excellence with presentations. It is easy to use with song builds and versions of songs.

I love the feature of building arrangements and it makes it super easy to edit songs. Other than a couple small details, we are happy with this product.

When I don't understand how a feature works (typically user error) there is a fantastic support team that patiently seeks more information and addresses our issues.

The lack  of an undo or delete back feature is frustrating when making a mistake or major revision.

Pro Presenter 7 has great new features that weren't included in the past. The ability to go live on Facebook from within the software is great.

Its been really nothing but positive experiences for me. The best thing to do is take the time to go over tutorial.

We have trouble with program crashing and when one problem is fixed with an update another problem arises.

Each new version has brought even more capabilities which can be very useful. For example version 7 has NDI which was useful in connecting over to OBS for live broadcast.

Pro presenter is extremely intuitive which is important for me. I set up multiple uses per week for volunteers and it’s ease of use helps those volunteers win.

It's annoying to have to have the main computer on and then your computer on at the same time to make changes. I also don't like that you have to pay per computer rather than an overall subscription.

I am very happy we switched. The features allow us to accomplish more and it looks great.
