The fact that during the conversation there is no sound notification of a new message at all.

What I like about Inside is that it is very easy to use and they have a good technical support team to answer any questions.

The visual interface is superior to other solutions making engaging with customers fun and interesting.

I dislike the fact that it is not possible to screenshare outside of the website tab that the customer is on.

It's a very cute environment for the beauty advisors working it makes work a little entertaining. I like programs that mask the dullness of work with a video game feel.

Overall Inside is a great tool, that allows us to work with our customers in a way that is best for them.

Meets all of our reporting requirements. The visualisation makes our agents far more engaged with our customers.

The deployment of new features and cutomization have always problem.

Getting adjusted to any new software takes a moment but the best part of this is the immediate help and support I've gotten from the INSIDE team.

I feel like I am just playing a game. The layout is good and we can change the theme.

When the software is upgraded it can sometimes be difficult to adjust.

From getting accustomed to the software to implementing new changes and adjustments, their support team has always been responsive and helpful to make this work for us.

This software allows me to watch lectures from graduate school online and through our Canvas course homepage. I appreciate that it allows me to determine the playback speed.

If mobile is a requirement, we've found it useful in our purposes, but personally I find the app a bit clunky and outdated in UI.

Provides great info and you can replay it many times. They have a greally great support team  to answer any questions.

Panopto is an incredibly user friendly platform that allows you to quickly and easily create high quality video content.

It has so many bells and whistles. Live broadcasting, quizzing that integrates with the LMS Gradebook, scheduled recordings, so many great video player features, the mobile app.

In these Covid days, we end up recording video from zoom meetings, and there is a weird echo in the audio that makes it difficult to understand.

Sometimes the lectures i listen to are very distorted due to bad quality. Also, the side bars are sometimes hard to navigate and the quiz sections at the end are very slow.

Ease of use, Unlimited Cloud Storage for our content, fantastic customer service and support.

The ease of use and the quality of the recordings are by far my favorite features.

I found it a bit hard/frustrating to edit if I messed up.

It is nice to have an easy to use tool with support. I find it impressive how much support I find from the Panopto team, consistently receive emails about updates, etc.

It was very good 5 years ago but now that we need online teaching we had to change to another software.

I like the file areas to the left and the center area for videos. I like that it is integrated into BB, the LMS we use.

It is can be tricky with certain web browsers such as Safari. It is not a true problem but more of an inconvenience.

There are two parts to the pros: One, the web-based solution to share your videos across the organization and, two, separate PC/Mac based software to record/capture videos.

I like that it was very easy to set up recording and save videos. It's also easy to edit videos and to share them with colleagues.

The structure is easier to navigate than others we've used. Integration is pretty straightforward.

The software is easy to implement. It interfaces seamlessly with the LMS (Learning Management System).

There are many features that I like about Panopto; ease of use is near the top of the list.

I like that I can check on recordings through a website on my desktop. I also like that the editing feature is easy to use and edits quickly.

This a great way to collaborate on any project that requires video and confidentiality.

It is easy to record, edit and share video. The integration with our VLE Canvas is very good.
