  • Pros

  • What I like about Inside is that it is very easy to use and they have a good technical support team to answer any questions.
  • The visual interface is superior to other solutions making engaging with customers fun and interesting.
  • Cons

  • The fact that during the conversation there is no sound notification of a new message at all.
  • I dislike the fact that it is not possible to screenshare outside of the website tab that the customer is on.

  • This software allows me to watch lectures from graduate school online and through our Canvas course homepage. I appreciate that it allows me to determine the playback speed.
  • Provides great info and you can replay it many times. They have a greally great support team to answer any questions.
  • Cons

  • In these Covid days, we end up recording video from zoom meetings, and there is a weird echo in the audio that makes it difficult to understand.
  • Sometimes the lectures i listen to are very distorted due to bad quality. Also, the side bars are sometimes hard to navigate and the quiz sections at the end are very slow.
