I received more than expected, the platform really helps me to learn more about how to maximize our business workflows and solve complex tasks. The programs' paths delivering the necessary tools don't matter if you are a novice or an experienced user.

This is hands down one of the best products utilized on our campus and it is continuing to expand every month and integrate into our day to day operations at the college.

I like that this product has various flow templates associated with specific categories to give users a starting off point. However, they give autonomy to be able to allow users to customize a lot of the product to how it fits their specific area. AirSlate expands the scope of normal eSign products by being a complete workflow automization resource.

I think an area that needs expanded is the ability to integrate alternative payment options aside for just Stripe. PayPal is a universally utilized payment option and would greatly expand useability for the product. Also, a more user friendly way to enter and manage the HTML widget would be a plus.

AirSlate Academy has continued to improve their course selections and social media outreach. When I first started learning with airSlate Academy, I did not know where to begin. No-code was at its early stages. Now it's almost the normal thing to do.

I don't like how they only give you free access for 30 days. I think people who take the courses should get discounted rates or even free access, especially if they end up being airSlate consultants.

Full of a lot of information that for me feels like a waste of time to try to learn because I can't see how it actually applies to my business need of airSlate.

It is thorough. However, it is thorough in the wrong way. It covers a lot of topics in such a way that stills leaves me needing to know how to use it.

There were often too many details with out practical instruction for how to easily use simple functions. It is seemingly required for you to digest copious amounts of detailed material about a topic and still not learn what is needed to apply the topic, skill, or function to the actual need.

The simple language used help to grasp the contents easily even to those those who doesn't have much technical knowledge . The narration is clear and simple . Citing more practical scenarios helps to retain the knowledge for longer period .

In some areas there are too many clicks to complete a task such as building the recipients. In one area one can add recipient but the information to recipient is done on another screen.

The different courses are well defined, easily searchable, and the titles are useful. The content can get a bit long, and theoretical from time to time but mostly they try to keep it to bite sized chunks with small quizzes to help you retain what you just read.

Constant notices of the certificates I earned completing one course. I haven't seen them recently but it was a real annoyance for a while. Maybe this has been changed, in which case my only negative no longer exists.
