Poor customer service and support
Overall customer support is poor. No telephonic support. Initially there is chat support but recently chat support has been shut down. Just email support which is too late reply
PROSPrices is reasonable and uploading MCQ is easy with word document
CONSPoor customer support by edmingle. There is no telephonic support anyhow. Chat support has been shut down. Only email support.

Edmingle LMS review
I am using it to run my online business and so far it's going great.
PROSCourse building, free preview, Payment gateway and It doesn't lag.
CONSThe application asks to disable developer options in order to start using the application. A lot of people don't know how to disable that and they face difficulty after installing the application. Also No customisation in Application. One should be able to do some customisation in app as well.

I am happy using it. I will not change even if i am provided with something better at lower cost as I know edmingle team is honest in commitment and delivery.
PROSI am one of the first customers of edmingle, founders are very passionate about their work, and they have delivered everything that was promised.
CONSThere are many glitches sometime and the features don't work for a day or two

On Premium Monthly Subscription - Mentioned 2 Zoom Premium License but only one is active
I can manage the onboarding of the customers along with the certifications with ease without any facilitator.
CONSOn Premium Monthly Subscription - Mentioned 2 Zoom Premium Licenses but only one is active, which has to be changed. The Website Builder is still in Beta mode even after 6 months of subscriptions had been over, the technical team can work on it with more customizing options for the customers. Support team queries can be looked out quicker than the time it actually takes. The curriculum page still isn't working properly.

A complete learner management system for institutions
With edmingle we are now running all our classes in the hybrid mode, students can attend the class from anywhere, they get the live class recording on there portal. It is also useful in keeping the track of the outstanding. We got our play store app also included in this

Overall experience is great, and hoping the same or better in the future.

It's good.
PROSLMS system of Edmingle is easy to use, very comfortable to work with. Look n feel of LMS is also good.
CONSSome points to work up on..... Added student data is not permanently deleted. Email id already exsist, even the data is deletedMentioned cheque is not reflected in record payment. We did not get any notifications of payment done by parents through LMS. We even didn't received payment in our account, till date. That needs to be improved. Question papers we can not create directly on LMS . It does not support MATH TYPE.

I am very happy using edmingle for my Online Classes. It is very easy to enroll students for the course.
PROSThe course creation is very easy to use.Most of the features are present while creating the Landing page of the course.
