New Functionality

G-Cube LMS is really good and can be the better. Functionality without reports (while developing any functionality, need to consider reports part, Which is missing)

PROS

Easy to use, Easy access to all the learning modules.

CONS

Features whichever is incorporated need to be with all reports support. With out reports feature won't be effective. Proactive need to cascade with all the new additional features. Time base reports are missing, Difficult to identify how much time is spent for learnings.

G-Cube LMS Product Experience

Overall experience is good. LMS is a most powerful platform to reach important information at end users. It will be helpful for business perspective as well because without learning or knowledge advisor cannot submit business as it is integrated with business portal.

G-Cube LMS is easy to use and integrated with our internal systems hence no manual work would be required.

CONS

There are few features missing in LMS which should be the part of LMS. It could be improved but they are charging to the client for improvement.

Overall its a solid product and works well.

Strong LMS contender

Overall, this is a solid product and works well. The platform is easy to use and our users like it. E-learning is taking our programming to a new level and will help us better deliver high-quality virtual learning and redirect more money into direct service delivery.

PROS

The G-Cube platform is easy to use and administer. We have received many compliments from users globally. Language translation works seamlessly.

CONS

We created a handful of non-standard approval flows that can be tricky to troubleshoot if you have overlapping users between use cases/training areas.

GCube's review with EdelGive Foundation

The overall experience has been positive, from the launch, to it's daily use, to the customer support provided.

PROS

The features available in GCube are very useful. The collaboration and gamification features are the most requested features by our learners, and this will play a pivotal role in improving engagement on the LMS.

CONS

The dashboard for ongoing courses should show all the ongoing courses at once without having to scroll if the other fields (New courses) are empty. This will give the learners a full view of the ongoing courses at one glance.

Good product - Great customer support

The experience right from UAT to launch has been very good as G-Cube has supported us at each step. When issues were escalated, then they were addressed immediately. The support resource has shown utmost ownership with the launch and steps afterwards.

PROS

The customer support has been very timely and effective right from trouble shooting issues to providing regular support.

CONS

Some of the features are very complicated such as creating courses, assigning users etc. These could be simplified so that we do not need a dedicated System admin but anyone can administer the product.
