### Most mentioned pros

- LinkedIn Learning is a good platform for learn and improve your skills, it comes with your LinkedIn premium subscription, and like most learning platform, it gives you a certificate when you finish the course, instructors are very professionals in their area and it's always updated with fresh content
- Some great teaching methodology courses were also found, helped me to organize my intermediate group in Swedish better.
- I like that LinkedIn Learning offers a wide variety of high-quality courses across many topics — from technical skills like programming and data analysis to soft skills like leadership and communication.

### Most mentioned cons

- While I like the number of topics and the ability to isolate portions of a training for assignment, the cost and lack of tools to manage company learning are the things that make LinkedIn Learning only second rate for me.
- The fact that you have to purchase a premium account on a LinkedIn to access the full content is the only thing that bothers me.
- The content LinkedIn offers is mainly for soft-skills (business, project management, etc.) and does not cater towards deeper learning of technical skills (aside from high-level overviews).

Overall, the content library is wide, but most learners could simply watch without learning anything from the content. Additionally, when it was available, the integration between LiL and our LMS was clunky when it was available.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Lots of content and is easy to deploy. It used to also integrate with our LMS seamlessly, though, not perfectly.

#### Cons

The integration between our LMS and LiL was disabled and has been unavailable since then. We were informed about this, but that was the main factor we launched it.

#### Reasons for choosing LinkedIn Learning

Easier to scale and dedicated account manager.

### Great Learning Opportunities Provided Easier To Learn Than In School

LinkedIn Learning has been my go to for learning new content without needing to go to a bunch of websites to research where there isn't a scope of what I need to understand. Additionally, the subscription required for LinkedIn Learning is not expensive and you learn a lot for just a low cost.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

There is a variety of content from different areas from business to software engineering to new tech tools and LinkedIn Learning does a great job of presenting concepts in a way that makes sense. You even get multiple attempts on chapter quizzes to show mastery towards content. Additionally, upon completion of a course, you earn a certificate you can show and the course is tied to applicable LinkedIn skills.

#### Cons

Sometimes, courses on leadership and marketing can be long winded and the speaker doesn't always get to the point making the content somewhat mind numbing. Additionally, LinkedIn should ask you first weather you want applicable skills tied to a course added to your profile rather than adding them as new skills by default.
