PROS

My Momentum has an incredible service and 24/7 support. I am so pleased with their efforts to provide our team with everything we need.

CONS

There is nothing I dislike about MyMomentum.

Great product for the cost!

Great product! Great company! It has helped our company across the board!

PROS

Overall safety dashboard for the company to track inspections, DQ files, compliance, incident reports, near misses, injuries, investigations. No other solution offers as many items for the cost. Great Value!

CONS

I would like to see a drag and drop option for uploading documents. In addition, it would be helpful to have a separate area for tracking compliance for non-DOT drivers.

The multiple features built into the product and visibility across the board - the dashboard.

This is a great product, that is worth having in your business

It has been a great tool to help our managers keep up with everything we use and put out.

PROS

We use this product with such a widespread that it is hard to say what I like the best. We track everything from Incidents to Compliance Calendars. The QR codes definitely make inspections a breeze.

CONS

I do not really have any cons for the program that are not something that can be worked around through a simple correction from my own end or phone call or email with the support department.

Simple way to get automated with incident reporting

We needed to get people away from paper reports, but they were not ready to automate. This platform is great for teams, operations, and companies who are looking to transition to an automated system without it being a painful and frustrating experience. This platform could become your first step towards automation or it may be just what you need. Overall, we have been happy with the transition and are looking into further automation of documentation and tracking.

PROS

I can easily create a QR code for the users to gain access to the specific reporting section which reduces time lost searching at a computer; and it reduces frustration of going back and forth between the computer and site. Pictures are uploaded directly to the incident through the mobile device without having to send them through an email. The whole process is simple for the end-user which gets them using it and helps keep everyone informed and drive actionable improvements.

CONS

The simplicity of the platform is deceiving. On the surface, because it is simple looking, you could be led to think that it's not well thought out. But on the contrary, the idea behind the platform is to adapt it to the user; not adapt the the user to the platform.

Reason for choosing MyMomentum

Cost and transitional period were a facture. This did start as a free 1-year trial, but it's going to continue.

I highly recommend this product

Excellent. It more than does what I need. I have many users in the operations field that we require to input information and track incidents. Tis software program is understandable for a large number of people regardless of their computer skills.

PROS

I have worked with many reporting and tracking software over the years,. This is by far my favorite. It has just enough features to get anything done we need to do without over engineering and making it so complicated. I really like the product a lot. The customer service is beyond exceptional. This team makes you feel like you are their only customer. It's amazing.

CONS

I don't really have any. When I come across something that doesn't work for me or prove difficult, I contact the EHS team, we figure it out and it's implemented.

My Momentum makes me more productive and my job easier.

I love it. As with any new initiative, there are challenges and a learning curve. The staff at My Momentum have been excellent to work with and have been very supportive.

PROS

My Momentum can be used for so many aspects of Safety Management. We have developed daily and monthly inspections for all of our sites. These are tracked and measured through My Momentum. This has helped us to develop a more robust EHS program with employee and Site Managers being more engaged.

CONS

It was a task to train all of the users across 50 locations.

Best Safety Tool We Have!

PROS

The ease of using MyMomentum has given my department a platform for any real time incidents/accidents. We also use it for data entry on our employees. Chip is always willing to help us get any issues or ideas we have addressed.

CONS

I love everything about it. Any issues or adjustments we've needed have always been immediately resolved by Chip himself.

Safety Usage

PROS

As being a company that has multiple branches and in different states, I love the ability to connect with important safety documents. One of the features that I appreciate the most is the safety observations. We love using them as learning experiences as a company.

CONS

My least favorite would be the driver file option. I wish it was a little more detailed.

My Momentum Experience

I have had a good experience with My Momentum. I have learned a few things about the system, and I am always able to reach out for help when I need it.

PROS

Once I learned some of the functions, I was able to add and delete items. I also have learned to create things that I need. I can use it for references to find trends, employees that have repeat issues, and to be proactive in reducing incidents.

CONS

Not being to complete inspection with a mobile device because of the systems inability to take multiple photos to add to the reports.

Thanks Roger. While you can always upload multiple pictures that have already been taken, but we love the feedback about using the camera again in real-time. That is now on our roadmap to add that functionality also!!

My Momentum is easy to use as well as teach others to use.

CONS

There are a few things I feel can and should be updated on it to help the user experience such as having Live documents to be able to work on simultaneously with others.
