Just a shame it is a cloud product; however, it has to be given the nature of it's task.

Incapsula is easy to use and manage. This is a big improvement from our on premise solution.

Ability to quickly and easily configure the product is outstanding. Reporting is also great.

Configuration based on country, ip, customs rules seem to be great too even if we do not use them. The price is worth the business cost previously lost.

The fact that our data at our establishment is sensitive and private, it's comforting to know that Incapsula is there to keep us safe.

We did test Incapsula and where amazed. Now we have to make sure we can convince the management of our customer this is the best solution for DDOS attacks.

The product is great! it's easy to use. The DDOS protection is great and so are the rest of the safety features.

The support is quick with a response and solves any issue we encounter. Two factor integration helps to secure this sensitive tool.

Incapsula's CDN service is highly recommended. It's robust, uses high-end optimization algorithms and very easy to configure.

The service works fine, and the stats (realtime and weekly) are fine, even if we would like more details about some bots / attacks.

Do you have an option for a higher level of support. How much does that cost.

I did not like the access of Bat Bot from overseas, but  it decreased so much after introduction. It is quite good feeling.

At the end it was clear that the problem was in the service and no one cared to apologize for my wasted time.

Incapsula is first and foremost about web security (free version), and second about website performance (paid version). That said, even the the free version offers significant performance improvement.

Most importantly, reliability even under heavy load is perfect as well.

The HA ability allows you to make changes and reboots without affecting your environment. Updates to existing infrastructure assets is easy and SSL requests are a breeze.

Their deployment guide is also useful and you can still reach out to the support team should you require have an application you need help to deploy.

Despite using this product for many years, it is difficult to find something glaring. In fact, we have purchased more and even upgraded the initial pair we deployed.

Amazing product with stability and absolutely less maintenance and effective one time setup. Glad to know there are providing Cloud based Load balancers as well.

NIC assignment on the VM host machine is not very clear. The last update we pushed broke all of our configs and we had to recreate manually.

What I like about the loadbalancer is its ease of use with balancing our content filter traffic to the two content filter appliances that we currently have.

The software is very nice, easy to use and runs very well, i like how easy it is to set up and maintain.

Well, nothing much really - we forget that its actually there, the only problem is the boss thinks you are not working hard enough.

There are a great many options to build your load balancing solutions to suit requirements. The support staff is exemplary and works very quickly to resolve any issues.

Implimentation took half the time compared to other more popular appliances. Easy to support and maintain.

Some of the graphs are a little difficult to decipher as to the roll up of data and what it is reporting.

An update can take out the services to a long time. Now they may have fixed this but this is why I am hesitant to  upgrade our revisions.

This is a solid and well executed load balancer. It saved us a ton of time and money.

The load balancers allowed us to set up a DAG and have redundancy where we needed it. This brand was a great value for the money.

It's easy to setup and use, it's really nice to communicate with their custumers service who is quick and qualified.
