Implementatie ging erg gemakkelijk en het service niveau is hoog. Het team is makkelijk bereikbaar bij vragen en lost eventuele problemen erg snel op. Het platform is de basis van al onze activiteiten en stabiliteit is een must, wij kunnen rekenen op Bloqhouse.

De prijs van hun Saas-oplossing is relatief hoog, maar de kwaliteit en service echt waard.

Het grootste voordeel voor mij is het feit dat Bloqhouse erin is geslaagd om een complex proces als onboarding en klantbeheer om te zetten in een easy to use portal.

Ik zie geen grote nadelen los van een aantal zaken die worden doorontwikkeld.
