The team is smart, helpful and are able to execute our ideas in a logical and user friendly way always. They also have an incredible technology team behind them, which makes integration and custom solutions possible.

There of course can be system limitations , that various codes cannot perform, but they always had a work around, so it was manageable.

Overall, very happy. Ultra-reliable, very reasonably priced and the ability to customise to specific needs.

Very occasionally, requests for changes can be lost in translation when passed onto the development team. This can cause delays and additional expense. However, I stress this is very rare and, since we have changed our account manager, this has not happened. I probably wouldn't have written anything in this box if the form did not make it compulsory!
