I have to constantly reset the trackers so that they are online. This becomes very annoying.

Intuitive interface, uses Google Maps, easy to scale (and manage hundreds of vehicles).

Ll just say this, I called them to remove my card from auto pay and they refused to do it despite being required to do so by law. They appear to be desperate for business.

Ve been using it for almost 2 years. It works great and does the job- no too pricey either.

No one has returned a single call. I spoke to one individual in another department but could barely hear him with his dogs barking nonstop in the background.

Product does not work, push notifications are all wrong, maps and mileage are wrong. Trucks send wrong info and the product does not do as they stated.

This makes it hard to click on all the stopping points because they are stacked on top of each other. I did have a problem loading the page for a while but it turned out to be a google chrome issue.

With just one unit in one truck for 1 week, we saved enough money to pay for 3 units for a year.

I called and sent e-mails regarding the return and they state they do not have a return policy. No where does it say you cant return it and the website states the return policy.

Cancelled Linxup over charges & alck of customer service.

Cons: battery life; unable to change temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Fairly costly for one monitor.

I have used the product for a years and really like the tracking and the app is easy to use.

Happy until 4g units now very unhappy. Looking for another vehndor.

Integration and install were super easy. Switching from a similar product we had general knowledge of GPS tracking software; however, Linxup is a glorified version of what we were using.

Quality is great, it's easy to use, customer support is always friendly and helpful when we can and have a question.

It's also a great way to keep our drivers honest and safe by monitoring their speed, harsh braking, and rapid acceleration. Businesses need this software, and linx up does a great job.

Ease of use , able to see where drivers and equipment are immediately.

They send the product without a contract and then threaten you to keep their poor design. Admin does not care and money is their only object.

Have 11 units and helps me keep up with my equipment. I know if a driver has not moved to check on them quickly to ensure their safety.

I like how easy it is to use. It so easy to log in and see that it takes you directly to a map that show all of your vehicles, and with a quick list to see who may be offline.

These people are very quick to respond to make a sell but if you have a problem you cant get in touch with anyone.

When the software fails and we arent able to see where our employees are.

I also like knowing if they are honest or not about where they have been during the day.

We were able to price decline on our per unit price last year, and that is helpful. That makes Linxup even more competitive for us to keep, when we get good product for a good price.

Easy to use and it is a great product to keep track of our fleet vehicles.

It was very easy to use. If i have any issues all i have to do is all customer service and they are very nice and more that willing to help me with my issue.

We have used Linxup for several years and we like it.

So will crash on iPhone and refuse to allow punch in and out. However iPhone has accurate mileage and android does not.

The software has its bug. At one point it was hard for me to clock put simply because no matter how many times I clicked on the button it wouldn.t happened.

Fantastic in keeping track of times and reminders for the daily usage. Makes things easier at the end of the day  for accountability.

It's super easy to use which is something I really like about it. Also love the aesthetic and design.

We used paper clock sheets before and the difference since having Timeero has been amazing. It makes my job so much easier by being so user friendly and tracking all my hours and miles.

The geo fencing is great and pretty accurate,  The clocking in and out is really easy, Like the fact you can pick the job your at.

The extra steps to go in and get my employees weekly total is annoying.

An occasional delay in registering my location.
