I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.

You need to use other concepts and best practices, but they offer a great information about it in his blog. MuleSoft is a great application like ESB (on-premise and CloudHub).

Overall, I am happy with Mule ESB which does the job of required integration either in SOAP or REST.

We use this for our end users to help with system intergartion and its been the best results over its compertion.

Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

And also Dataweave is very rich and solid expression language users can use to easily transform data into desired output.

When batch processing is done extensively causes delays, it represents a big problem at the time of integration.

Mulesoft is great tool to work on which provide lots of integration point. Its increase the development activity and reduce the maintains cost.

Good when I want an offline tool that is integrated with Business Process Model and Notation, so it's also a free tool.

When applied to really big workflows can dashboard can get polluted and to navigate through it starts to be difficult.

Overall positive experience. Account executives are usually helpful but its often important to be your own advocate and escalate issues if you don't get traction with Support Team.

This tool is great to draw the business processes within a company, it has all the required elements.

Bizagi Modeller is our favorite tool and a clear recommendation - especially for beginners in BPM.
