I like that Directus is free and open source, with an active community over Slack and that the software evolves very quickly.

Truly open source gives commercial products a run for their money, super helpful community, rapid development, easy customization.

Its  super easy to pull it locally and connect it to your existing api if you need to fiddle with it. It also has a very modern design which is appealing.

Often new bugs in new releases. Many things missing in the documentation.

It´s a great experience to work with directus as it is a free tool that can be used for clients as well as developers in a friendly way.

The overall App and API are outstanding and highly flexible for all kind of project.

Since the project is Open-Source and community-driven, it's a bit hard to get support for very specific problems. Sometimes nobody responded to my questions on the official Slack channel.

Very happy with Directus, it's an upgrade over the solutions we used before that.

I am learning more Directus for now, it is simply sexy and ease to use for my new projects in the future.

The best thing about Directus is the community. It is great to be able to ask questions and get a real person to walk you through a solution.

Version 7 was great and now we're about to upgrade some of our projects to Version 8 (the demo looks awesome so far).

Bugs get fixed quite fast, and there is an active community. The software brings a ready-to-use REST- and GraphQL-API and permission management.

Best part is this can be clamped onto any SQL database and it will just start working then you can setup the table existing into the software.

There is a good extensions support for both APP and API. Easy deployement with Docker.

Friendly, helpful, understanding. Just out of a sense of loyalty to such good people, I will want to stay with them.

Overall impression (on our initial evaluation) was that someone really invested lot of time and thought into it.

Directus supports both Graphql  API and REST API. It is flexible and powerful that I can connect to any JAMstack site.

We really appreciate the efforts of RangerStudio to produce such a stable piece of Open Source software, which also can withstand production use cases with ease.

No Spatial Data Types (searching by distance is not possible).

I use it for customer projects whit a lower budget. I can save the time for backend development.

In the search for the perfect headless CMS solution, it was my choice, also because it's open source and at the moment the pricing of others options is over budget for our clients.

The interface is so user friendly and has a solid and highly customizable backend for all the needs.

The software is easy to configure and the community is very active continously improving the available functionalities and solving known issues.

With Directus I could built an MVP from zero to hero in a few days. It's user interface is pretty friendly and it's community on discord is amazing.

Easy to use initial configuration SQL for REST API  & GraphQL.

The main problem are sql queries, there was a lot of bugs when tried to create/update data or fields. If you enable cache (via redis for example) login is broken.

No option for push pull control of database for offline usage.

It has some minor UI errors, but the team fixes them daily. Some features you need functional.

The beautiful design, the excellent community support, ease of deployment. In short, what's not to like.

We've pinpointed bad time to start with it. Directus Team just started rolling out v8 where available documentation was for v7.

It is also versatile and open-source, making it possible to write extensions. The maintainers are super active on their Discord community and are super friendly.

We use directus for rapid database management, and for API endpoints to the data. We are customizing the solution to better fit with our needs and it works great.

I love having the ability to create EXACTLY my Interface in the Backend as i needed.

Support was great and that was one of the key items that kept us using it for the extended period that we did.

Customer support is extremely responsive and available and most important willing to work with you to come to a solution. I have enjoyed working with this product thus far.

Contains lot of good features such as you can create and modify process at ease. You can track your progress as well which provides lot of details.

Integrify has provided UBL with tremendous success in managing thousands of tasks in the fulfillment of third party orders. The invaluable features are: 1. REST API for initiating tasks.

The more complex the process, the more flow specifications would need to be re-entered. For example, given the lack of a publishing process, copying a flow was the only way to simulate one.

This was also very awkward as most browsers have limited printing support.

It is very easy for our products to integrate with Integrify using their advanced Rest API and easy to build process through browser based studio.

Our first experience was great using a simple workflow/process but once we built our custom workflows specific to our company we soon outgrew the capabilities of the system.

However, copying a flow lost some types of data which needed to be entered (repeatedly).

Perfect Tool : Good Value for Money - Complicated a little - Need to be enhanced in Customer Expereince.

Pros:  Efficient, easy to use and allows a lot of flexibility and functionality from an administrative perspective, always expanding functionality and features.

The graphical interface was pretty good. There were some nice dashboards and being an online service running on our server eliminated having to have a client application.

I should note that factors within our company also contributed to the failure with Integrify.

Pricing is very competitive and has proven big customers.

The Integrify product is easy to use and the ability to create workflows quickly is a great benefit. The turnaround time is minimal once the requirements have been gathered.

Easy to implement, easy to manage. On-screen workflow diagrams provide excellent overview of processes as well as the ability to easily reset requests back to previous steps.
