For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers

So far Heygen wins overall compared to all the other similar products I've tried. I just wish they would establish a single payment model for lifetime access. Some of their competitors are doing this. If they progress to Heygen's quality, I'll likely move to one of them, unless Heygen adopts a lifetime purchase plan.

I tried most other competing products. The biggest issue wuth the other products is the mouth of the avatar is not realistic to the recorded audio. Heygen has proven to be the best so far.

I am forced to record the required 3-5 minute video in order to move to the instant avatar feature. Heygen won't accept video with spliced scenes, so I will not be able to use any of my existing video for the sample. Not a huge deal, just have to take time to record a sample that qualifies. Using photo avatar till then.

So far, I'm very impressed with HeyGen.

The avatars smile and move naturally and the voices are excellent. Best of all, the lip sync is incredibly accurate and realistic. Also, when the avartas speak, there are no anomalies in the cheeks, like rubberized skin.

I've only done the trial, but what I didn't see were the options to add a background, bit it a solid color, a stock image, like an office, or an uploaded image. Green screening is important to me. It would also be great if I could control the range of movement, as well as the facial expressions. An emotion slider would be fantastic. These things may exist with a paid subscription.

nothing to mention here. Taking in consideration that we needed a historic picture to be animated as a trial, HeyGen managed a perfect fit even though its toolbox is not meant to be for this purpose.

It is simple, easy with a various interesting options to make the generated videos looks good and engaging.

For non tech user, it could be intimidating at first. Maybe they should create a better video tutorial.

Overall, coming from the image generation side, and being someone very plugged into the community, this was such a great experience, mostly because of the ease of use, and the overall amount of documentation and help features.

HeyGen is just a great product, from your first visit on the site onward, you are presented with quality. Nothing is hidden, no searching, the features are right there, easy to use, and tutorials all along the way. First AI site that I have encountered, with such great documentation.

To be honest, there is always something to critique, I would have liked some more variation in the voices to use with the free side, but I am just being picky.

when I'm editing the scripts, the language keeps changing to Indonesian instead of Malay, even if I delete one character, it keeps changing the country language. but it's not difficult to change back to my country's language.

There is only the first experience, and it's great!

As I am only in day 1, the overall appeal to become better affluent with the platform will come in due time. So far I am happy with the ease hence the reason I paid for a monthly subscription.

Cost for trying something before you buy in to a subscription was not there. I would like the ability to purchase said credits needed to test out products before you fully commit.

The price will be a deciding factor for many, although it has to be compared to the cost of hiring voice over artists and/or actors and the time it would take to script, record and edit videos of this quality.

I plan to use it to create the daily weather forecast and present it to our radio listeners on Facebook. But as a freelancer, it's too cost-intensive in the long run. I'll have to wait until it's cheaper.

Very easy to use the product. Its as easy as putting jam on bread :). You just need to link your script to an avatar and sit back to see the final output generated, that too in a giffy.

Haven't encountered any thing that i can mention right now as i am an early user.

I wish there was some way to preview a video when creating it - even just a 'rough' draft to see if it is worth spending credits on. Even just an audio recording would help.

HeyGen is the best neural network for generating a digital avatar. There is no such quality anywhere. I will use it and recommend it to my friends! Develop!

The instructions to using the product and making my first Instant Avatar and it was very seamless and easy experience with the criteria being very easily fulfilled to do so.

I haven't personally used the program enough yet to formulate an opinion.
