Clicksend easy to use, inexpensive

Sending text messages to customers.

PROS

It's inexpensive enough but also cheap enough. Unlike Twillio where you need a little more work to set it up, Clicksend is easy to set up. Which is incredibly nice. And unlike other sms softwares, it is not super expensive.

CONS

Could be easier to use though, some user interface and user experience improvements will help alot.

Reason for choosing Online Post

Easy to use, and it's inexpensive. Perfect fit. Do not need something that is super expensive, and at the same time also don't need something that takes forever to setup and will run into bugs in the future.

Good solution to integrate into a crm

Sending sms by url is the most important funxtionality for us, directly from our crm

Everything is ok, but the ux of the site could be improved

Support stuff is GREAT and very friendly

Their API for SMS was easy to use from a cloud provider

PROS

as soon as I signed up for the service I got very friendly emails from the stuff taking care of my questions along the way.

CONS

I did not find any feature that I would miss

One of a kind email-to-post service

PROS

A unique concept which allows us to keep a personal contact with our subscribers and clients in an old fashioned way - a post card. You will be delighted by the rave reviews you get from clients. It will help you a lot especially if you have a small setup.

CONS

Cost structure can be optimised a bit. It gets on a costly side for non US geographies.
