Pros
- I like how the workbenches make it easy to navigate to different areas without leaving the screen you're on.
- Workwise Role-Based ERP is simple ERP software that is easy to use.
Cons
- You have very limited options when printing as everything has to be pre-defined for email/faxing and your only option at time of printing is to by-pass those presets and choose a physical printer.
- The inability to edit invoices after they are processed is an issue for us. It doesn't support large projects with multiple purchase orders.
Pros
- Uservoice has a great api that makes it easy to add custom components to your app or web pages and makes it easy for users to provide feedback.
- Very user friendly and easy workflow. Metrics about response time are great along with canned responses.
Cons
- We were disappointed with the Salesforce integration because it doesn't include the Satisfaction scores and it also is not customizable.
- Sometimes it's hard to navigate in so many coloured numbers on the screen.
